We checked in through the express check-in which was quick and easy to use. We booked a normal cheap room. We walked into our room and it was trashed and still had not been cleaned by housekeeping. We called the front desk, told them our problem and we were told to go to the front desk and they would give us a new room. We were given a new upgraded room with a view of the strip. The staff was great and very fast with our requests. The new room was nice but not as nice as the other rooms I have stayed in on the strip. It was cheaper than the others so I'm not bothered by that. Overall our stay was enjoyable but I rather spend a little more money for a better hotel and room such as the Cosmopolitan or Belagio.

If you're looking for more budget friendly accommodations but still be on the strip this is a good option. Rooms are nice and clean, nothing special but we weren't expecting anything fancy. Hotel is very well located right across the street from Caesar's palace. LINQ promenade area next to it has good options for bars ,shops and restaurants right outside the hotel. The High Roller Ferris located here was one of the highlights of our trip where you can get a happy hour ticket (around $32 for night time with discount if you're staying at the LINQ) for a half hour ride with an open bar and to get great views of the strip!

Great hotel. Very active place. Beautiful rooms variety of different food places inside hotel. It's off the strip near other great hotels. Couldn't not have picked a better location. Security always available they were everywhere. Easy check in and check out.

We stayed here for 5 Nights and It was perfect and centralized location on Las Vegas strip. Everything is walkable distance. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The bathroom is very clean with lots of fluffy towels. Will stay here again. And good high tech technology for the self Check In and Check Out, No need to go on front desk. The concierge is by text message, they send messages instantly with Housekeeping or any other questions.

Rooms were decent. I was able to hear the outside music loud and clear from my room. We attended a conference there and the food and coffee were good. The conference space was generally pretty good. The casino isn't bad if you don't feel like going to a nicer place.

Rooms are fantastic in that the style, design and function are great. Think modern with fashion forward elements. That being said this hotel would be best if you are only either looking to save money or you are into a non-stop fraternity scene. The hotel itself does not match it's upscale room design. Look for purples and greens with an overly loud Irish bar and the younger drunker crowd. Pool is small but adequate. Small casino but the craps table pays out pretty well (at least on my trip). We were trying to save money so it worked but if I was to go again without budget concerns I would stay elsewhere.

My wife and I wanted to somewhere centralized so we can shop and walk around so we stumbled onto this hotel while searching online. When we got there, check in was a breeze. Receptionist asked if we wanted to upgrade our room to the King suite high roller view, we did not regret it. The suite was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was nice and open. It does have a little mini bar with fridge. It kind of has a retro modern style to the room that we both like. We did go to a restaurant in there called Hash House A Go Go which as a wait time but it was very good. Right outside casino, the Linq promenade has great bars, food and shops you can stop by. Overall, we both would come back again if we visit later on.

Room was so narrow! No soap, shampoo, or body wash in shower. Exhaust fan never worked though we reported it. No clock or radio. No phone book or instructions for anything. Want the floor lamp on? Move the chair and table to step on a button behind the lamp in a corner. At least the beds were comfy.

Just got home from 4 nights at the Linq. It was my first time staying there, and overall it was a very good experience.
I had a nice quiet room, which is important to me as a light sleeper. The room itself was clean and modern, with comfy beds and a good TV. It's not as luxurious as other 4 stars on the strip, until you get to the washroom which was super well done in ceramic with an awesome 3 x 5 tiled shower, glass surround, and a rainfall shower head. Also, the water temperature and pressure was perfect.
The location is excellent, with lots of great restaurants either in the hotel itself or very close by, and in the summer heat you can walk to most places without spending too much time outside.
The service at the concierge and bell desks left much to be desired as it was poorly organized with unnecessarily long wait times during the busy part of the day. This led to many frustrated guests and, as a result, the staff were stressed and less than courteous. When it wasn't so busy, the service level was much better. On the positive side, I was able to check in early with no extra charges.
Overall, it's good value for money and I'd definitely consider staying again.response / report this review -

Went to Hash Hash Go Go and loved the food. Again. We've tried other breakfast places but this place is the best in Vegas for quality, price, and quantity. I always leave full, but always split a meal. Not too many places actually bring good spices and flavor combinations to breakfast. Too often, sweet rules breakfast but here savory equally gets a chance to shine. The bacon is the best; smoked heaven!

The Linq is a decent budget hotel in a great location. While the rooms and property have been recently upgraded/transformed, some of the aged aspects of the building still show through. While staying there, we experienced slowness and difficulties with one of the elevators that we just ended up taking the stairs. Luckily we were on a lower floor but still. The pool is nice, but there's a small time frame of exposure to sun - do be mindful of that. The quality of the rooms were nice as well. From an entertainment perspective, the Linq is in a fantastic location. Unfortunately I did not notice any shows or entertainment within the property. Their gaming areas are also pretty small. Our luck has not really been great in there, but maybe it will be for you!

I give a hotel 4 stars if I enjoyed my stay enough to return in the future. This is a older hotel that had been completely remodeled. The rooms are simple but they used modern furniture that does not take a lot of space. The bathrooms were gutted and remodeled with nice showers. If you can use the automated check kiosk, it will make the process a lot easier. I love the location of this hotel, right in the middle of the strip with lots of affordable dining nearby.

The parking garage is conveniently located near the elevators to the rooms. So is the gift shop and the Nook Cafe. A lot of hotels make you walk thorough the casino to get anywhere from your room when you really just want to pop down real quick, grab what you need and go back up. The room was nicely decorated and the bathroom was cute. I had a problem with the shower not draining, called downstairs, and within 20 minutes a facilities engineer was in my room fixing the problem. Then housekeeping came to make sure I had everything I need and if they needed to clean the bathroom. Everything was fine. I like the pool area, there were enough bars and lounge chairs for everyone there so that it didn't seem overcrowded even though a lot of people were there. All in all I had a nice stay at the Linq and will stay there again.

The best thing about the hotel: its location. It's very conveniently located near the more famous resorts which is great if you don't want to rent a car. We stayed a weekend in Linq and we could not have asked for a better stay. The manager Kevin personally greeted us and made sure all our needs were covered. The pool parties are fun and the music covers something for everyone. Don't forget to try the Linq High Roller for a complete view of the Strip.
