what an amazing place. Jamar is dedicated to offering a variety of spiritual uplifting classes, world renown speakers, workshops, one-on-one services that help EVERYBODY; regardless of level, age or ability. There is something for everyone. I have seen first hand the participants in the Transformation breath work groups transform their health, life and relationships in miraculous ways. He is strong, kind and very clear; a true yogi. Give yourself a treat, you won't be disappointed.
