Waited 35 minutes to buy a computer and not one person was able to help me purchase it. The store was extremely on organized when it comes to helping their customers.The management staff was extremely rude . In the end I just went to Best Buy and bought the computer there

Absolutely incredible experience at the Apple Store in the Gardens Mall. I had an issue where my phone had cosmetic damage due to the leather case I had purchased from Apple. I spoke to the store lead, Carey, who replaced my phone and gave me a new case as well. Absolutely incredible support and I am incredibly thankful for their help as my phone is practically brand new. Thank you!!

Preferred the old store. A distinct lack of organization. It appeared that there is none there to greet new customers. I finally interrupted an Apple/customer discussion and was told that there was a 30 minute wait to discuss the purchase of a second IMac. Bought one at Best Buy.

I'm not an Apple user, but my buddy and his wife are and the wait is always a while in these stores, and they still don't always fix the issues. My friend has a new Apple iPhone 6 and is not able to text me, but I can text her and call her. They were not able to fix this bizarre issue, so its still like that. There were lots of workers and lots of customers, the place was busy. Was neat, clean, well organized, and looked very nice inside.

It's a great location since it's reliable, but they do need to improve customer service and I feel like they need more knowledge what they are doing. But since the store is expanding, I EXPECT a smoother service now that we're gonna have more employees I'm guessing.

iphone 7 plus after a while I was not able to ask for information and asked after 1.5 hours after I made a service call after submitting the complaint about the expiration of the battery and the expiration of the sarge. the muduru led me to a friend as soon as I was nervous, I was waiting for 10 minutes and then for 2 minutes, I was so interested in the indifference and throwing movements, I had to leave 2 iPhones 8 plus.

Very crowded, had to wait 20 minutes for help. Was rushed, Asked for a replacement airpod case, the replacement I was given is defective.

Typical Apple Store. Great selection and try out area and usually very crowded. The price you pay for being ubiquitous. Shop here often. Great staff

Purchased and Apple Watch Series 1, thirteen months ago. Treated it with kid gloves. Never got wet, not a scratch on it. Screen is now delaminating from the body. Apple Customer Service tells me they will fix it for $200! That's all they can do. This product has very poor build quality. DON'T BUY IT.

Excellent service. Was able to get in and out of the store with my purchases in a very timely manner. The associate that helped me was very knowledgeable of the products and was able to help me make an informed decision on what I needed.

I wish I could remember the name of the associate that helped me. I was there on 3/8/17 and needed a replacement "down arrow" key on my Mac. I was under ridiculous work deadlines and didn't have time to leave my computer with them. I could function without the key, but I would be a lot more productive with it (down arrow is VERY important for my editing). Anyway, she went above and beyond to get my computer fixed immediately and sent me on my way :) It made a huge difference for me on that crazy day. Thank you, Gardens Mall Apple Store!

I honestly thought the bad reviews were a bit harshuntil i went to this store. How do they stay in business?? Until today i though my ex-wife was the most patronizing person i ever met -- i owe her an apology.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I had to deal with 4 separate people. The 'HELLO' specialist, the 'WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU' specialist, the 'CAN YOU PLEASE UNLOCK YOUR PHONE' specialist, and finally the 'I'LL TAKE YOUR PHONE NOW' specialist. Ridiculous!! One of the "specialists' said we aren't busy at all today and the woman, I finally saw last, (I swear she was a cyborg) said "we are so busy today" I made an appt one week ago and it still took 3 hours to replace my screen.

Last time I ever walk into an apple store because this is the last apple product I will ever own.

P.S. I went to Mc Donalds afterward and was treated so nicely. I spent $7.49 at Mc Donalds and $160 at apple.
