The hotel was beautiful! The staff was friendly! The room was clean! The cafe for a meal was closed the entire time we were there and had to travel a ways to get a decent meal. Being in a downtown area you would think there would be more options to walk to.

1 star for the nice pillows.

To start off, we arrived late the night before last, our room had absolutely no AC. It was about 15-20 degrees hotter in the room than it was outside. The staff advised that they couldn't swap rooms and suggested that we sleep with the balcony door wide open while offering a small 8 inch desk fan.

I talked to the desk again in the morning before heading to six flagsand they said that they will move us when we got back. When we returned, they gave us new key cards to the room across the hall bit when we got up there our old key cards were deactivated and we couldn't retrieve our stuff from the first room. After thing back down to the desk I was informed that the deactivation was my fault as I must have set it next to a magnet (two key cards, being carried by two different people and all our other cards are fine).

After getting into the new room, we find that the AC is only slightly better, the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the road (everything), the balcony door doesn't even lock, there was long strands of hair between the sheets and comforter on one of the beds, the chair (much like the first room) looked like a garage sale bargain buy and there was mold growing in the fridge.

To add insult to injury, their Google listing shows a nice pool that's from some other hotel so all in all, once you get past the nice lobby, you may as well be staying at an econolodge

Just left this hotel and am heading home. I spent two nights here while my mother was getting a check up at CTCA. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel, and I would definitely stay here again. The lobby was elegant, the rooms were nice, and it is in a great location to lots of local restaurants and coffee shops. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Zion area.

I only stayed for one night at the Inn at Market square. I had a room facing Sheridan Road with a balcony. It was a king bed room with a TV and a mini fridge. The hotel was very clean and decorated very nicely. I liked the lounge area on my floor, it had board games books and a computer to use. I was very impressed overall.

This was a very nice hotel to stay at. Very clean, very friendly staff, cafe available, 24 hr. Coffee available I lobby. Cozy feel to it. Shuttle available also every 20 min. To take you to the nearby cancer treatment center if needed. Very close to shopping, and food.

The image was the review I was giving this Inn.. Until I discovered they took 250$ off my mother's card. They knew my mother was a patients at the cancer center of America as they offer discounts for her.. Their reasoning was: I was witnessed at 445am smoking a cigarette outside on their junky balcony! This Place is a scam no wonder why it was empty with no business.. they are so cheep they took the coffee pots out of the room so their guest have to go to the lobby.. Basically they inconvenience their customers to save money This Place will never be profitable treating people they way the do Worst experience I ever have had getting a room

My wife and I attended a church marriage retreat here. The facilities were nice, clean, and adequate, but, not necessarily stunning. The site does have a in-house restaurant, gift shop, and coffee bar. We did not eat any meals there, but, did hear from another couple who did that the service was slow. I did purchase some coffee drinks from the coffee bar and found them done well and reasonably priced. The gift shop had many novel and quaint decorative items for purchase, but, I did not check the prices. The location of the hotel is in a residential area and doesn't appear to be near much shopping or attractions. I did learn that the main clientele for the hotel are families utilizing the nearby Cancer Treatment Centers of America location. Would I stay here again? Maybe as my wife seemed to really like it. However, if I did, I would want to further research what other restaurant and local attractions are around the area as I would want that to go along with and compliment the nice hotel facilities.
