    Where do I start..
Well we checked in at 12pm thanksgiving day so that would already be done. We left and went to our family's house. That night we came back and when we got in and got settled we noticed there was mold coming out of the vent in the bed area (shown in picture). We tried to turn the TV on and it stayed on the display screen until we turned it off 10 minutes later (didnt work). We got absolutely NO sleep due to the rock hard beds. I couldn't wait until a decent time to get the kids ready to go home. Finally at 6 am I got everyone up and ready, I went to the front desk and spoke to the woman there. Her name was FELICIA! I told her our bad experience in detail and she said and did nothing! I asked to speak to a manager and she says "she comes in at 8 managers usually don't get in until 8." I then asked her why hasn't she said something like ' "sorry for your inconvenience I will talk to the manager and see what we can do" so she proceeds to mock my exact words with an attitude. Are you SERIOUS right now? How inconsiderate and rude of an employee to say something like that to a guest? When we got home I called and was hung up on 3 times. The reason behind it? I have no clue, it happened when I was being put on 'hold' to speak to the manager. I finally got a hold of her and she said she would check the room out and call me back. It's now been 12+ hours later and I still have not received a callourck. Corporate will be hearing from me tomorrow. I definitely would NOT recommend this hotel.

UPDTE: It is now 12/12/17 still NO call back from anyone. I see the manager left a response on my review with no fix whatsoever. No wonder their staff do not know how to accommodate because their managers don't know how to either!

We stayed here Oct 6 and 7th 2017. The staff was by far the kindest o have ever dealt with. It stated with a room upgrade because the room I booked was not quite ready. Breakfast was a regular ham and eggs good filling meal. We had been to great America getting back after pool close however they did allow us to use the hot tub and pool anyway. Truly great clean room. Everything was perfect. So to whom ever was working this weekend thank you for making our weekend getaway extra fantastic.

Fantastic - I traveled alot, as an airline pilot (retired now). I know hotels. The moment you walk in and the staff greets you, whether Kara or Stevan, you are treated as well as possible. Clean, quiet for me, and an outstanding breakfast, complimentary. Note that they have multiple kinds of rooms, suites, and even a family suite - walk in to King size bed - then a doorway, and then two queen beds. Love the place!! P.S. The bold coffee is outstanding.

Not good at all. The front desk lady was rude, and so was the lady who had to make the free breakfast. The TVs were extremely outdated, and the pool was falling apart. I would not recommend, or stay again.

What a great hotel! The staff was wonderful and extremely nice. Kara at the front desk was great, got us extra pillows and an extension cord so we could plug in our sleep machines. Mary who ran the kitchen was great also, helping everyone who ate there with their breakfast. Clearly most of the people who stay here are getting treatment at the cancer center and the staff here certainly appears to make their recovery a priority also.

County Inn & Suites is tucked back away from traffic. We found it to be the pefect place to stay while visiting Six Flags. Rooms are very nice and staff is attentive. The only issues we faced were the fact that they were remodeling during our stay, so there were a lot of painters and such in the hallways. There was also a fire alarm triggered at 8am on Saturday morning, so that was a rude awakening. Breakfast is decent enough and there is an indoor pool that is open until Midnight.

This hotel is currently just was bought. The new management is looking into making this place the top stay in Zion by doing renovations to make people like us happy! Look forward to see how my next few visits will be watching the progression!

Stayed here on New Year's Eve into New Year's Day (12/31/2016-1/1/2017) and the room we first got had kids and adults running, stomping, screaming, etc. right above us and looked like it was going to go on all night long. My husband and I are both disabled and just wanted one night to spend relaxing and being together to celebrate. I went to front desk and the guy just kept saying nobody is in that room!!!! Both my husband and myself could tell there were people in that room PLUS from outside you could see the lights on and people walking back and forth! I was fed up and I knew if we had to stay in that room all night somebody would be going to jail and I told the guy that. So he found us another room down the hall that was the same and it was as quiet as can be. It was a pain having to move all our stuff but worth it. The guy said he would take $10 off our bill for the "inconvenience" but never took it off. The rooms and hotel itself are dated and rundown, like barely maintained to the appropriate levels. Needs a major overhaul to bring it into the year 2017. Bed was comfortable and jacuzzi in the room was nice. Don't think we will stay here again.

The people who work here are helpful and friendly. I've been staying here for the years and they always remember me. With a grocery store right across the street and several restaurants within walking distance this is the choice girl in the area. Always clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are an added bonus.

We stay there 3 times a month when my sister needs chemo at the Cancer Institute of America. Definitely look into Cancer Institute of America if you need to. Better than any of your local hospitals . The hotel is always clean nice room layouts , clean pool and hot tub. The wait staff is Pleasant and always helpful never an argument. They are concerned with your Pleasant stay. We are one block away from the Cancer Institute of America.
