  The Quality Inn is located at 100 Busse Rd in Elk Grove Village, IL. it's now called Best Western.

  Waited over an hr & half at airport shuttle area. Had to call 3x's before someone came to pick me upwent down hill from thereroom on 4th I was originally assigned to was under construction, worker said he move the things out but I didn't want stay a unncompleted room with paint fumes,called from the hall and was asked come back down to get a new room & key. 2nd rm was better but not a good experience for a Very Tired and Exhausted post conference attendee to rest overnight before a flight home. Wish I had cancelled this reservation and booked where I stayed before the conference. Room is updated but doesn't make up for the hassle & effort it took. Definitely Not worth the price!!!

  Didnt like the location. Very noisy. Conference room was very nice and staff was very courteous, attentive and accommodating
