Everyone in the store is always helpful and friendly. It's a very clean, organized, and well laid out location. And the best part is.....they are dog friendly!
Employees where useless everything I asked they just said order on line wouldn't even look up whether or not they had what I wanted I stock I hack to check myself lowes here I come
I went for the garden sale, bought the items from their flyer that I needed. I also looked for other garden items, but didn't find what I needed. Garden checkout wasn't open, so I had to push my cart to the other end of store for checkout, then push my cart back to outside garden area, where I parked.
Get everything I need when I come here. The app is great!
Generally a good home depot. Stock was plentiful and well organized. Took a very long time to get a keymaker to make keys and got home and 2 did not work. Also self checkout lane did not dispense cash back and received some attitude with cashier trying to get money even though they watch over transactions. I will be sticking to home depot on 1st and holt
I wasn't sure if I wanted to attempt a project, talked to i think his name was Tommy in plumbing. He was really helpful and took his time where I only needed one trip.
Was there on 10/7/17. I was carrying boxes, carrying two buckets and on my cell. I was trying to find where the checkout was and the manager approached me. He stated that he could take care of me right by the service desk area so that I didnt hv to walk all the way to the other side. I was very appreciative to his attentiveness to my needs and his courtesy to help me. Great customer service skills so I had to write a quick review here.
I hope that my experience with their customer service isn't indicative of their customer service as a whole. I went in to get a key made and was told that I'd have to wait because the employee who runs the key machine was working on another project. After 15 minutes I asked if there was another employee who could run the machine. I was told that the store has two employees who run the machine but they were both on another project and would be up to handle my key as soon as they finished. I waited another 15 minutes before giving up and leaving without having my key made. I've had a lot of keys made and it's just ridiculous that this large store only has 2 employees who can work the machine. And if there really are only two couldn't one of them have left the other project for 3 minutes to make my key?

Great experience. Got a lot of help from a worker to find Ryobi skill saw, drill, battery, and charger all in one. Sorry I don't have his name. He had red hair and a red beard
It's hard to find someone to help in this store but once I got Fran in appliances she calmly and efficiently handled my order. She was also very knowledgeable about the products I was buying .

Placed an online pickup in store order. "Generally two hour turnaround time." Okay. I placed it a 3, so I figured 5-5:30? I head there, get there at 5:30, nothing. Wait in the lot until 6, call, no one had looked online to begin working on my order. I ask why, "the computer didn't notify us." Okay, but I'm assured I'll be able to have my order within 15 minutes. 40 minutes go by, and no notification of my order being ready. I finally decide to walk in there - my cart of things is standing ten feet behind the customer service woman who I spoke to (6:45 pm on 6/26/17) and I bring my receipt to her, she turns around and says "oh!" And processes my order for me. I guess the cart didn't notify her my items were ready to be picked up?
If you're going to shop here, don't utilize the pick up in store feature, trust your own ingenuity.
My wife and I had an incredible experience purchasing a Weber grill from this location. Chris Luetermann, the assistant store manager, helped us from start to finish. I wanted a specific grill that unfortunately no Home Depot carries in store, and is only available online. I am in the Army and was hoping to receive the in store 10% military discount. He went above and beyond, but unfortunately, he was not able to get me the discount because I had to order it online. But instead, he threw in a free Weber grill cover! He continued to go above and beyond with helping us use all of our store gift cards, visa gift cards, cash etc... quite an amazing experience. Thank you Chris and Home Depot for doing your best to serve to all of the great service men and woman of this country. Gestures like this go a long way in my book. We will always be a customer of this Home Depot location, and will certainly recommend this location to our friends and family.
