He did a good job with the taxes; however, he quoted us a price and PROMISED that would be the amount we would pay this year.
We did receive an e-mail from Tom apologizing for the mistake and taking care of us in a great way. He went out of his way to make amends and we truly appreciate it. Would use his company again. Thank you Tom!response / report this review -

Tom Paolo has been doing my taxes for nine years. He helped me to set up my business, and has supported me with tax advice every step of the way without charge. They do all my bookkeeping and tax returns, and are delightful to work with, very reasonably priced and impeccably honest. I highly recommend Tom Paolo and his entire staff.

I've been using them for two years for my personal taxes as well as my two businesses. I can't believe how available and inexpensive they are. Before this I was using another firm, and they missed a bunch of deductions. With Paolo, I really feel I'm getting the tax breaks I deserve. The other thing is that they never charge me throughout the year for any of my questions about my taxes. Good people, good work, fair price, can't miss.

I have been using Tom for over 26 years. I am self-employed. Tom know how to prepare my taxes and helps me understand what I can and can't write off. He then structures my quarterly payments so I stay on track. He is the best.
