We bought a brand new Chapparal H20 sport boat from them this past year. They went above and beyond to help us find the right boat at the right price for our family. Even had it ready as promised for the Memorial Day Weekend and has since checked on us to make sure we were well pleased with our new boat. The entire staff at Premier 54 is very knowledgeable, friendly, and has great customer service and follow up skills. Give them a chance to find the right boat for you. You won't be disappointed. Classic "Bait and Switch"!! Quoted a price on a 23' Boat and then said that the price was really for the 18' model. There are other more reputable dealers out there.

My family bought a brand new zero hour chapparal 243 vrx vortex from them a little over a year and a half ago and had nothing but problems since. Identifying the issue was a royal pain(due to it being an engine electrical issue) and i had almost given up hope that they were even trying to remedy the issue after about 1.5 seasons and a few sets of batteries and multiple feelings being heard. Eventually they sent the boat off to their main dealer mechanics, who not only identified and fixed the issue, they replaced and upgraded the original touch screen that had developed bubbles as well as updated the software that it came with. I ran a solid gas tank through the boat and have absolutely no complaint, its a speed demon. Not the easiest dilemma but these guys went above and beyond.

When you spend upwards of $70,000 on a brand new boat, you would expect it to work properly. Not everything is perfect and if something isn't quite right, no big deal - the dealership has got my back. With 54 Motor Sports, you would be totally WRONG!! We have had an identified issue with a BRAND NEW jet-boat and the team at 54 Motor Sports has not done what they need to do to fix it or make it right. Being from out of town, we have yet to have a trip to the lake where we can use the brand new boat purchased over a year ago. We've been told 5 times now that the issue has been fixed. Within a few minutes of firing it up, we have realized nothing has changed. Think about what will happen if a problem arrives when purchasing from a reseller.

I have a friend who is having to deal with the same issues as Zach Brough. We've been to the lake 5 times now with no resolution. There is something wrong with the boat and they seem to be stringing us along because they either do not want to pay for it or put in the extra work to fix it. Very poor quality customer service. Wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE.

Customer service is appalling at its best. Haven't seen worse business practices since Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC. Stay away if you plan to keep your boat for more than a day and if you do buy anything from them don't expect any piece of mind or honesty.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My family bought a brand new zero hour chapparal 243 vrx vortex from them a little over a year and a half ago and have had nothing but problems since. It is a twin engine boat and there is an electrical issue with the starboard motor properly charging the battery( the engine will cut out while running). They have had multiple mechanics look at it and who have told me personally it is most likely a loose ground or bad alternatorbut then after they cant locate itthey claim it is a bad battery.Ive been through 3 batteries in a season and a half ALL ON THAT ENGINE ,THE OTHER PORT BATTERY IS ORIGINAL. Also The medallion touch screen developed bubbles in it after a couple times on the water and the bow running light flickers on and of when hitting chop. They have recognized all these problems on multiple occasions and have done nothing. DO NOT BUY from them or CHAPPARRAL

People do not ever buy a boat from this place all lies false promises and then sell u a boat that breaks down make u take it to a boat dealer to get repairs done and then in the end they go behind your back phone the boat place and tell them u must pay for it.dont be caught like I did STAY FAR AWAY FROM PREMIER 54
