A fantastic place to learn about America's past. From a couple seats that had Presidents in them during their assassinations to technology from almost every decade to the bus Rosa Parks made famous!!! This place was built to teach history in a engrossing way. In some cases this place out does the Smithsonian in DC. A must for any visit to Michigan.

I have been going here for decades and continue to love it. Most recently here for holiday nights celebration and was amazed at how many people were there. A really popular attraction for the metro Detroit area. Food and beverage selections were good in the village but the dinner at the eagle tavern is incredible. Horse carriage rides were a nice bonus with no additional charge.

Great history for sure. What surprised me was the banquet options! My wife works for a company that chose The Henry Ford for their client appreciation party. The space was amazing! The food we even better! Service was above and beyond, and we had a great Saturday afternoon enjoying great food, drinks, and company. They do weddings also, take advantage!

The place has a lot to see and do. There is a lot to learn. I loved the place. I hope everyone can visit here once in there life. It's worth the time and money to do so. Everyone that works here are nice. You will be doing a lot of walking so have good shoes on.

Excellent museum inside and out. A lot of history and not only about vehicles! Greenwich village was a nice walk with old buildings brought in from around the country and world! Make sure you have a lot of time and walking shoes. I spent four hours and that wasn't enough time to see it all! Would definitely go back when I had more time!

Visited with friends and felt like we really got our money's worth. A fantastic all-day outing with plenty to do! Several food options both indoor and out, as well as lots of different attractions and free guides who just want to tell you all about everything. Everyone that works here seems to really love their job.

Over the years I've had 3 people tell me I had to go to this Museum. Last month I decided to listen. They were right! What a fantastic place. We did the museum and upgraded out ticket to go thru Greenfield Village. Good day of fascinating things.

This was the reason we went on the excursion to Detroit. The facility is marvelously an outrageously exceptionally educational and enlightening experience the setup of each group of displays have indeed been well done. Do MAKE SURE to wear walking shoe's of exceptional quality, as that the facility is huge. Ford's Greeenfield Village is another directly right next door rewarding educational and enlightening. Be mindful there is no way to explore both of the two locations in one day.

Absolutely incredible museum. I’ve been a member for four years now. The staff is always friendly, and helpful. The exhibits are always updating, the museum is always clean, and there is a lot of very interesting things to see. Most notably are the car that JFK was assassinated in, the chair that Lincoln was assassinated in, and the Rosa Parks bus. Let’s not forget to mention also all of the giant steam engines, and the Ford F-150 plant tour. Definitely check out The Henry Ford Museum.

This is a great place to visit. I'm so glad we had more than one day to see everything. The insider's tour was wonderful, very informative. Our tour guide had great stories about the museum.

The website wasn't very helpful when planning our trip. I'm glad they had someone stationed by the door to help us figure out the best ticket package.

Both the museum and Greenfield Village are separate attractions, and each worth a day's time. Today visited Greenfield Village for the 1st time, was very surprised at the number of historic buildings that were relocated to here. Lots of very interesting history, exhibits and things to do. Expect lots of walking too. Highly recommended visiting.

I was blown away by how cool this place is. Admission is quite expensive, but it's worth it. The collection of cars is incredible. If you like the show 'How It's Made', I highly recommend doing the factory tour it was my favorite part!

Great place for the whole family to see some of American history. I love that all the buildings were the actual homes of historic figures. The museum is very well laid out and I feel like I see/learn something new EVERY time I go. The Henry Ford Village can get a little monontunous (besides special events) once you have been there a few times.

Extremely pricey for non members, just one child (age doesn't matter, mine is 5) was like 20 bucks. Other than that, there is so much to do and see, that it is worth it. See all the amazing history of Detroit, and America. Love the displays of "modern kitchens/bedrooms/living rooms" from different eras. My daughter loved the big trains, climbing in and looking at all the gears and inner workings. They have a little Lego play area for kids as well that she enjoyed building with other kids there.

In the 10 years I have lived here I never went to this museum. I guess I didn't really know about it. Well I finally went and let me tell you it was such an amazing experience! My 3 year old son had so much fun that he didn't want to leave ! I would highly recommend it to anyone with children or not! The restaurants food is amazing as well! They have these plastic mold stations at each area!.Only $2! We collected them all. Thanks Henry Ford !
