If you're in Boston, don't even consider another burrito restaurant - Boloco is a local favorite. The pricing is fair, the portions are surprisingly filling, the environment is nice and clean and the food is fresh and tasty. A must go.

Great lunch place for the downtown crowd. Fast service, even when there are long lines they keep the wait time short. You can also order online to save time.

Usually come for the truck stop burrito. Today I tried the huevos chorizo with salsa. It was very good. I can't recommend either of these borritoes enough.

I order online and pickup from here almost once a week. They have always gotten my order right and I always add many extras maximizing my Boloco experience. Friendly staff manage the lunch rush well.

Being a chain I won't rate the food - I think it's great and better than Chipotle. I will, however, rate the service and organization of this specific establishment.

For how insanely busy this place gets for lunch it is crazy they don't have a better system for walk-ins. The aisle after ordering gets packed with people waiting for their order while they have 30-50 seats that are largely unused because people pick up, then walk out. I wish there was a better model for filtering people. They also have trash bins right next to the food pick up so people stand in the aisle instead of moving around the corner (where the trash is). And then, when your order is finally ready, they simply "shout" (sometimes whisper it seems) your name and wait for you to come get it which is difficult to hear when there's 50+ other people all chatting.
