Was an amazing haunt in 2014 with incredible detail ,awesome sets, & good actors. Hopefully they will bring it back soon!

I thought they were reopening 2017, it popped up on the internet as if they were open, I drove around looking for this place like an idiot and never found it, it says they had a new location but didn't say where , called the phone number and didn't work, so truly don't know if reopened or not , either way if there completely closed it should be better updated

Its a great place to go if it not too busy. I don't recommend going on the weekends because it is not alot of characters for the amount of people they send in to be scared. Great decoration and makeup also! It is better to go in 2 at a time as well!

I never write reviews for anything because when I have a bad experience I like to assume it was just a bad experience for me and not others. HOWEVER, after purchasing tickets online and driving a little over an hour to get here I read the reviews from others while using my Google Maps. Within what is listed by Google as "a week" I read 3 terrible reviews. So, like the other customer mentioned I feel the need to let others know how horrible this experience was for me. Yes, this attraction has so much potential but for now it is a total rip off. My group purchased the "fast pass" tickets which did come in handy for the initial line. The downfall was the extremely short amount of time between separate groups entering. A group would be allowed entrance and no lie within 20 seconds the next group would be sent in. As you can imagine the entire experience, at every "house", was just a line of people following each other through. At a point I noticed about 20 people collectively in front and behind my group. This was a total buzz kill. I also noticed several spots where an actor should have been but wasn't. Unfortunately, as much as I would have loved to have some scares and thrills I got nothing out of this. Other than wasting my $35. My suggestion is to either lower the prices or allow more time for groups to be spread apart. I know this place gets very busy but even if I had paid $45 for the "instant access" I would have been okay waiting a little longer and being able to enjoy the experience.

Going in, I anticipated the Fear Experience to have me constantly looking over my shoulder. Despite being nervous to enter, I wanted to say that I screamed my head off, but I didnt. The acting was excellent, no doubt about it. The settings and decor of each each house were superb. However, the constant strobe lights and fog machine usage diluted the overall experience. After waiting in line surrounded by the fog, my mind was already clouded. I feel as though I would've gotten more of a thrill if I could have actually seen. All I could do was walk forward and speak. I'll admit, I couldn't think at all.
I would not recommend this attraction to anyone sensitive to flashing lights or claustrophobic situations. In the last house, the lights were so intense I couldn't see anything but the faint outlines of the people in front of me. Honestly, I felt as though I could fall down at any moment. At the end of the same house, there was an inflatable-like tunnel that would completely surround someone at all times.
My group also participated in the zombie warfare, and I was impressed. It was very entertaining, and provided more of a thrill than any of the houses combined. The actors did a very good job of "dying" when we shot them. Out of everything, I would recommend that most of all.
Overall, I believe the potential is there. If they would focus less on the uncomfortable lights I would've been excited for its intended purpose.
Keep it up with the great makeup, premise, and acting, just maybe gone it down with the strobe lights!response / report this review -

I hate leaving reviews but I want to save someones time. I wish there were an option to give 0 stars to this attraction. I absolutely love haunted attractions and look forward to them every year, I drove out to Cleveland with a buddy and stopped at this after hearing praise all over the web. The attractions themselves are within an old retail store or something of that nature, making it very difficult to get into the mood. The inside of the building consists of 70% lines. I purchased the fast pass and I'm very lucky I did or else I wouldn't have been able to do anything. The crowd is full of really annoying teenagers and it's more of a hangout spot than a haunted attraction. The actual 'haunted houses' are about 3 minutes long on average, they all have the same set-up and are incredibly predictable. Not enough time is given for the couple before you to get through and you are sure to end up running into each leaving the 'actors' confused as to what to do. All 4 houses are the same. All actors were young and apathetic. I had one good spook when I ran into another costumer in the dark. Please save your money. You will thank me. The best part of my experience was buying a 5 dollar shot glass at the booth to go home and drink until I forget this horrible insult of a haunted attraction.
p.s. I'm convinced that it gets it's name from the length of the lines,
if I had gotten general admission tickets I would be pretty afraid I wouldn't get to waste my time on all four attractions.response / report this review
