These guys are not to be trusted. Anybody leaving a good review is a family member or friend shilling for them. They sold me a car they claimed was in tip top shape. No sooner did I give them the cash and drove it home that ever warning light on the dash came on. They reset all the warning lights so that I could test drive it. The repairs the car needs far exceed the value of the car by 1,000's of dollars. Before I bought the car they were saying how great the car was and it was inspected and mechanically sound. After I buy it and figure out it needs major repairs these frauds tell me "We wholesale cars, we don't inspect them. We only make sure they turn on and drive". They also advertise on Craigslist outside of the dealer section in private party sales. They take pictures of the car on a residential street to trick you into thinking you are buying it from a private party. I even explained to them that if I bought this car from them I would be in serious trouble if the thing had major issues. I was assured that the car was in A1 shape. Now I have a giant paper weight in my garage and I am out thousands of dollars and have no transportation for my family. Luckily for these guys I'm not a violent person. One of these days these guys are going to screw over the wrong person.

I bought a car from here and it was a big mistake. They patched it enough for it to pass the test drive. It ended up costing me over $3000 for another engine. These guys buy junk from the local auction and don't do anything to fix them. Avoid this dealer!!!! Don't give your hard earned money to these crooks.

I wasted 4 hours to pick-up a vehicle I purchased on Ebay driving from Columbus. I honestly believe they didn't wanted to sell the car for what I won it for or the car was broken. After finally setting up an appointment to pick it up, we get to the "dealership" and they aren't there and there is one empty spot on the lot with a huge oil spot. It looked like a junkyard. They said they had an emergency and would be there shortly. We wait around for 40-60 minutes and they don't show up. We left without the car. I honestly believe they are a scam company. Still haven't received my deposit back either, have to go through the Ebay insurance now. AVOID!!!!!!

Bought a car from these guys car ran good till I got it home now having break problems and transmission problems I can't even feel safe to put my son in the car. This place is terrible don't waste your time going here

bought a mariner from these guys and absolutely love it. They gave me a deal I couldnt pass up. I dont normally buy from dealers but they are respectable company to do business with. If you are looking for a good car I recommend calling Five Star. Thanks

Used these guys for a limo ride on my 13th birthday and using them again as I am 19 and getting married!!! Loved the limo!!! Such a great time!! I will only use Five Star Limo had nothing but great service!!! Can't wait to use them again on my wedding day years later!!! WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!!

Highly recommended. They are very honest and helpful. They helped me out on price. They told me to call anytime i need anything even though i declined warranty. Last week i called them to get my brakes done and they did it at cost for me! Highly impressed.
