I love it here! Shannon is the best. It is super hard to find someone that gives a good haircut and is super personable. Shannon is both. I will be going here for a very long time.

I've gotten my hair cut at The Establishment several times and have always had a great experience. However, my last haircut with Kara exceeded my already high expectations! She gave me exactly the cut I was looking for, despite my inarticulate rambling of what I wanted, and gave me some great hair care tips. Couldn't recommend Kara enough!!

It was a very nice little shop with very friendly stylists. Jessica was great, she made great conversation and gave me a great cut. Didn't know the price was going to be as high as it was so be careful you ask (which I didn't do) but I would highly recommend this place.
