  This Distillery has always been a terrific experience! Recently within the past month, now am back in the Henrietta location as I work at an Allstate Agency down the road on Winton I’ve been coming to this location more often for lunch, dinner, or just a drink! I’ve recommended the agents & have gone back again with my family members as well as other friends! It’s looks appealing, great seating selection, comfortable lighting, sound reduction in each area that does a good job balancing out noise from people, music, & sports commentary on the TVs. Well Thursday December 7th I ordered the Chicken Quesadillas and the lady I was with ordered some Ultimate Nachos. After having a couple drinks and being home within a couple hours after I had a heavy headache, heavy eyes, nauseous, upset stomach that felt acidic, & that night I got sick 3 times. While my lady friend didn’t get sick from her nachos it’s accurate to say their Chicken Quesadillas gave me FOOD POISONING. In addition, they’re sauces for their Wings are VERY SALTY. It’s disappointing I had this experience because the amount of times I’d go to the one at East View as well I never had a problem. I think the Servers & Bartenders are Great, but the Cooking has Changed.

  AMAZING! Eager and kind service! Kids mac is on point! Best sweet potato fries I've ever had! Truffle fries were out of the world! Chicken avocado sandwich was rockin with some buffalo ranch added to it! And the buffalo chicken wrap was legit! THIS is now our go to spot when we visit Rochester! Shout out to our server Andrew who was delightful! Not to mention all the other wonderful staff that supported with food delivery!

  I've always liked the Distillery. This afternoon, though I found the waitress seemed to want to just get Beyond The Experience. She was always asking "is there anything else"...sort of like "can I leave now". It wasn't horrible, but made me wonder.

  Great place. Set up my fantasy football draft party here and it was one of thr best live drafts we have had.
  
  The wait staff was amazing. Everyone was very kind and constantly checking on us without being annoying. Food a nd drinks came in quick.

  This place has gone severly downhill, there used to be multiple late night specials for drinks. Now,all that exists is a buy one get one on margaritas (A. It's a horrible price for one. B. It's barely a decent price for two. C. It's a mediocre margarita. D. There are 5 better margaritas in a 3 mile radius). Until management brings back actual drink specials, avoid this place. You would think they would try harder since Trio opened up next door (better drinks and ambiance) and Jeremiahs opens soon down the street (they do everything better than Distillery).

  This has been my go-to chicken wing place for a while now, when in Rochester. The hot sauce is great. Good sports bar/restaurant with tons of TV's. Good drink offerings, beer cocktails, and non-wing foods as well. The 3 locations I've visited have all met expectations.

  Even though it was extremely hot out, we sat on the beautiful patio. It was not too busy for a Friday night but the service was a bit slow. We got a few of the special frozen drinks and they were very good. The Buffalo Chicken Salad had a bit too much buffalo sauce but everything else was enjoyable.

  The potato skins were 4.5. The french fries were prepared perfectly. ( I am a Fryguy. The best shoe string fries are still at cheeburger. The best all around fries are at Bill Grays ).
  The distillery has the best ketchup in Rochester. The tangy, vinegary taste is perfect.
  The service was 5*. The taste of the fish fry was enhanced by the ketchup. Great. Nice beer selection and flights are available.

  I really enjoy the food there. Like most chains they are consistent with good service. I would go back again.
