The tv did not work and too many people roaming around at night. I won't stay there again. Rooms were clean and customer service was great.

Absolutely disgusting. I have a great tolerance for budget hotels. I travel often and I stay in economy level lodging. This Budget Inn is beyond my limits. First - roaches. Dead roaches in the bathroom, roach splats on the walls from old kills, and roaches crawling out onto the tv while I watch. This has to be addressed. Second - unacceptably rude front office staff. One of the ladies is nice, the other two are rude beyond belief. Simple questions (such as asking for a new card since mine stopped working, or asking about shuttles to the Airports) have been met with nasty, belittling responses. During check in I wasn't even allowed in their lobby! It had to be done through a small window. I tried to save some money by booking this hotel, but this was a step too far.

We couldn't stay when we opened the door there were cockroach's waiting to greet us. We went down stairs and gave them the key card back. The place should be condemned.!

Guys, it is a 39 dollar room, I'm not sure what people expect. For the price you can't beat it. Room was clean. Plenty of cable options. Beds we're ok. And the service was great. My car died because of a battery and they sent their maintenance man over (who happens to be a mechanic), he not only figured out the battery was bad he took it out for me and put the new one in when I returned an hour later from auto zone. Over one hour working on my car and he didn't ask for a dime That's great service.

Worst customer service experience I ever had with any hotel anywhere. And I've stayed in hotels in Europe, the Bahamas, Brazil, and 42 states. Booked a reservation through booking. Com. Drove 90 minutes from out of town. When I arrived they claimed there was no reservation for me. I showed them the email confirmation. Also my card was being charged. They still refuse to service me. Claimed they were over booked. Really, and that's the customers fault? If you book online, make sure you still call the front desk and confirm. Even when you have a written email confirmation for your reservation!

Didn't stay, but people was not helpful on phone, very rude! My parents we're there for a few hrs and went to different hotel. They said place was gross! I'd give them no stars!!

Do not stay here. I booked this place while on the road driving. Got there at midnight, exhausted and left before ever entering the room. Do yourself a favor and keep driving until you find a place you can feel comfortable sleeping at.

I want to start off by saying I did not stay here. Staff allowed my family to use the restroom, which was very nice of them but they are working in an unsafe environment. This building should be torn down. Leaks, mold, holes in ceiling, buckets collecting black water dripping from the ceiling, lack of air conditioning in certain areasthe list goes on and onDO NOT STAY HERE.

The rooms are clean and the staff is so friendly and very helpfull. The pool is clean and well maintained. The prices are very affordable. There is some updating going on but that just tells me they are trying to better your stay. I will stay always stay here when i'm in Florida it's right next to I-4 and close to beaches and all the attractions.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED. Black mold, dirty rooms and smelly linens with holes in them, bugs, dirty run down pool, bad breakfast and other guests that made me feel very UNSAFE. I thought this place would be ok for a one night, late night stop over after arriving at the airport on a late flight just to have a place to sleep before I left early in the morning. I was wrong. I wish I had paid $10 more to not inhale black mold. I didn't find the mold until the next morning and after this point the staff refused to refund my stay because I had already stayed the night. They offered me a $5 discount. $5 for inhaling black mold spores. Avoid if you value your health and that of your family!

You get what you paid for. For the price of the actual room its to be expected that its no Hyatt, or even a red roof Inn, but the standards of this place were extremely lower than what was originally expected. The quality of the rooms were below par, holes in the sheets, bathrooms not cleaned properly, strange odors. The hotel was not what was expected according to their online posts to say the least. Best part about the hotel I'd say was the receptionist, she was very understanding and promised to look into the quality of the rooms.

I had booked this hotel for two nights around the time of the Daytona 500 when everything in town was full. I called them to let them know we would not arrive by 6pm and to not give my room away and I was told that I had cancelled my reservation two weeks prior. I had never done so. I was told there was nothing they could do since they were fully booked. I insisted to speak with the manager to get assistance in booking something else nearby and they said I would have to do that on my own. The only hotel in town with available rooms was $309 per night. The Budget Inn's manager said the cancellation email had been sent to me with a cancellation number, but there was nothing in any of my email boxes with info from the hotel other than the booking email with confirmation number. Terrible service. Unheard of policies.

Room is very nice, two beds plenty of sitting space, nice looking bathroom and being able to request a microwave or mini fridge is an excellent feature. There is some trouble however that I will cover. The room smelled like smoke in a non smoking unit upon arrival, air freshener took care of this. The shower faucet was about 3 inches stuck out from the wall and I had to correct it to reinstate any pressure into the shower. The outlets are very outdated. You can often see sparks and they are hardly attached to the wall. To end on a positive note, the pool area is very nice, and though the beds are hard, it is quite comfortable. It is great for what you pay for.
