My parents stayed here and I visited them and it was a very clean and a fun oceanfront hotel in Dennis. The café serving up appetizers and drinks was great and the balcony on the room was windy and had a nice view of the ocean.

My family & I were coming here for yearsthe staff was super nice, facilities always clean and the grounds and beach well maintained. However, the rooms and decor need to be upgraded, prices are a bit high, but your on the ocean.

Been coming here for fifteen years, every summer. Beach is still great. We rent the house across the street from the hotel and it is tidy and well-maintained.

Love this place! Great view, great customer service, and wonderful room. The staff is very friendly and the resort has most every thing you want. They have many buildings with indoor, out door heated pool, and out door unheated pool. They have DVD's to borrow as well as games. I personally love the coffee in the am and the cookies and lemonade at 2. Great family destination! We have been coming here for years. They remember us and our names. Most of the staff is long time employees. Check it out!

Right on the beach with two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, and a game room area. The rooms all seem to have two queen beds, a pullout sofa, and a kitchenette. We had a great experience.

The rooms are delightful, and the price is even better! On top of that I looked everywhere for left behind items before we left, only to have forgotten to pack up all my clothes on the closet. I was called by the hotel, and they let me know I had left the items an hour later, I was forced with the decision to turn back and miss my flight or lose my clothes, but the staff was super accommodating and said they would ship my two suits expensive jacket and slacks and button downs to me. I did pay for the shipping, which was minimal and saved a thousand dollars on replacing my clothing because they went out of their way to help. I wouldn't stay anywhere else after that. Also continental breakfast was on point as well

The rooms are a bit small. That's the only negative. And it doesn't matter at all since you hardly spend any time there. We had our own private balcony, there's the pool, the hot tub, and the beach. The beach is small enough that it doesn't get crowded, but it provides soft sand and an amazing view.

The staff here is very friendly. We wanted for nothing. And it was very family friendly, though we were away from our kids for the weekend. Great stay!

We have stayed at the Mate's House for over a decade now, renting the cottage for one week each summer since 2002. The house is beautiful with access to a private beach, tons to do in the area, and the resort staff is always helpful.

Amazing property right on the beach, close enough for easy day trips to Provincetown or taking the ferry from Hyannis to the Vineyard. My husband & I visit every spring and this is always a wonderful place to stay!
