The motel is located off of route 28 in a quiet neighborhood so there's no road traffic noise. The short walk to the beach is nice too, park benches there a pic shown. The place is real clean, new mattresses & flat screen TV's. The continental breakfast juice may assumed to be orange juice but it's actually fresh tangerine juice. Jack runs a nice show.

Comfy bed. But good luck trying to sleep with all the crazys outside all hours of the night. And if your a non smoker don't bother staying here. Although they say no smoking

Old motel in awesome place. Do not expect 5 star hotel and service and you'll enjoy your vacation.

Good location
Four min to the ocean. Rooms are clean. Staff is polite and try to accommodate. However, the furniture in the room is scarce and old. The towels are so old and worn , they look like cheese cloth ( to see through). The AC in the rooms is old and often broken.
But the ocean is great!!!

Watch your account with this place!!! We live 1200 miles away from here and after we left, they added charges to our account. Tried to say it was an additional charge for our 16 year old daughter(it was a two bed room. Me and my wife, and our daughter) because she is an adult. This charge was added after we left. Shiester hotel manager. Actually think had something against women as well

The outlet in the bathroom didn't work, it was pretty much hanging off the wall and the lights flickered when plugging stuff in.

My sister and I were there for the weekend. The head guy was rude. Checkout is 11am (which is fine). It was barely 10am and the room service guy was trying to come in to clean. Which you can clearly tell the room wasn't kept up maintenance wise. We felt very rushed. We were not impressed at all with the continental breakfast. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal and bagels. There were flies in the room. The sheets were stained. It was just a bad experience over all. We will definitely stay somewhere else next time.

What to expect around this price, not as good of a standard as best western or motel 6. OK bagel and cereal breakfast, noisy AC and weird room planning.

The most simple continental breakfast, only bread and cereal, coffee, oj and cranberry j. I stayed here for one night, when I checked in I asked what time the pool closes, the guy in charge tells me 8pm and that he checks the cameras, as a warning. The next morning we try to use the pool at 9:30am, and the same guy told us the pool was close because cleaning, what about you clean it b4 you open it or after close it!

Stayed at the Dunes for 4 nights due to a business trip. Found the room very accommodating. The employees where great as well. Very friendly and accommodating, hard working! The room was clean and fresh, INCLUDING the bathroom! Seemed to have new carpets and paint throughout. I have no complaints
