Love this place, hot tub wasn't available in the off-season but that's okay. Very clean, very comfortable, staff was very friendly and the price is right. Stayed during the off season so was also quiet.

Nice but average stay in Sister Bay. Hot tub was shooting in cold water through one of the spouts which we informed the staff of. Nothing was repaired by the time we left. This was a huge bummer as we had specifically picked this place because it had a hot tub. Unfortunately it was just a warm tub. It's pretty cool in Door Co in the early fall! There are only very young looking kids seemingly working there. We didn't see an adult our entire stay. Late teens MAYBE early twenties. A little odd but the kids were nice. Not really professional but nice. Room was satisfactory & the grounds are lovely. Quiet.

Outdoor area decorations very festive and nice. Room needed updateing, room smelled musty. We were able to switch rooms. Very friendly nice service.

Unfortunately I never had the opportunity to stay at this facility. My fiancé and I were excited about this property based on other reviews so we called up directly for information on rates and availability. We were quoted one rate, however when we called back to finalize and confirm we were told that that rate doesn't exist. I was obviously upset about the situation and the receptionist said she would have the owner call me back. Rich the owner called me back and said that I was provided misinformation from his staff and that his rates are clearly posted and that even though his staff provided bad information he would not honor it. I asked how his staff could even quote the rate they did if it wasn't a valid rate and he said it doesn't matter as I won't be staying there anyway which I had not said at that point as I was still trying to get information. He then proceed to saying that continuing to talk about it was a waste of time and hung up while I was in mid sentence. Overall a very poor way to run a business and extremely rude.

After a very long week of camping in the rain we needed a break. What we found was a welcoming smile and very helpful demeanor from the young lady checking us in, a comfy bed, and nice hot shower! Thanks Coachlite, you were a much needed respite from our water logged vacation!!

We are staying in the Lodge suite, which has 1.5 bathrooms, two bedrooms with big beds and two twin beds in a little room that doubles as the dining room. There is a full kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, tea kettle, and all the usual dishes and utensils you might need. It's a nice place, I would stay here again. Just don't expect too much from the continental breakfast that is provided, we ended up stopping at the grocery store down the road to get some supplies for breakfast tomorrow.

Two stars because it is a nice quiet location and the staff is very friendly but you are going to pay for being in Door County. The room was no better than a local motel in our area for a king size bedroom it had a super tiny TV and the the AC filter was plugged up it smelled musty and was blowing warm nasty smelling air. Also It wasn't the most comfortable bed. At $145 a night I would have expected something a little better

Quiet, and nice scenery.. but the bed is rock hard. It's in need of some updates for sure. Or maybe the outdated everything is part of the charm?

Nice location close to sisterbay dock area. Eaily accessible to Fish creek too. Good service. Doesn't have a laundry room though.

The staff is ver friendly. Rooms are clean and we'll maintained. Atmosphere is very delightful. Would stay again.
