My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights during a marriage retreat with our church. The rooms and the beds were comfortable. A warm Continental breakfast is included in the mornings. The grounds are beautiful, with a waterfall, and if you have kids, a children's village where they can go play.

If you are looking for a soft bed and a quiet nights rest, this is Not the place to stay. They claim the walls are extra thick, and while they might be so, the doors are paper thin. To the point of hearing every word your across the hall neighbors are saying & hearing their hair dryer in the morning loud & clear. It IS very clean, the rooms are very spacious, & the staff is very nice. The linens are great, but like I said the bed is like sleeping on the ground, extremely firm. We unfortunately will not be staying here again, as a quiet & restful sleep are the most important things to us when it comes to staying at a hotel.

Wow! This place is amazing. Definitely 5 star quality in a small town! I attended a wedding here, and I was from out of town. I travel a lot for work, this is by far the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. As for the banquet room they call the Club, they pulled out all the stops, and it was nothing but incredible service and attention to detail! I would recommend this place for anyone planning a wedding or event here, because the venue is a true gem!!

Great place to relax. Nice staff. Great gym and pool. We have stayed there twice. Excellent location in the middle of Amish country. Also the morning breakfast is excellent, good mix of hot and cold items.

Great breakfast best I've ever seen. Friendly staff. Amazingly beautiful grounds with a walking trail along a creek with so many water features and landscaping details. Fireplace at night. Hot tub pool sauna steam room racquetball court workout room cycling room and a good theater. Very comfortable beds and close to many different activities. Just wish the room had a better bathroom that would make it five stars.

WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED! I CALLED MY COMFIRM MY RESERVATIONS THE DAY BEFORE I WAS SUPPOSE TO LEAVE. THANK GOD I DID, WHEN I CALLED SHE (JENNIFER) MANAGER THE SAID SHE COULD NOT FIND ME IN THE SYSTEM. I RECEIVED A CALL BACK AND SHE SAID THEY OVERBOOKED AND THAT THEY MADE ME A RESERVATION DOWN THE ROAD AT THE COMFORT INN. I LET HER KNOW I SELECTED THE BERLIN RESORT FOR A REASON. IF I WANTED THE COMFORT INN I WOULD HAVE DONE SO IN THE FIRST PLACE. I'M FOUR HOURS AWAY. BE AWARE SO YOU DON'T END UP HOURS AWAY AT THE COMFORT INN.

I love this place. I'm a local that attends the gym. Jaime, the manager actually cares about her customers, the trainers all know what they're doing and have certifications to prove it, and the staff keeps the facilities very clean and sanitary. The equipment isn't state of-the-art but there's enough variety to do an interesting workout that maintains effectiveness (move weight, burn calories). If there's one thing I'd change it's that sometimes (peak hours) it gets too busy to roll through a workout but if you know what you're doing you can always substitute an exercise and get a workout in. Great place!

Only stayed one night with a family of 4, but we loved it! The location was central to all the places we wanted to visit. Our room was very clean and well kept. The kids loved the coy pond, kids village and of course the pool! The free breakfast was plenty to start our day in Amish country. We look forward to coming back again!

We were so pleased with our room, the hotel and the amenities that we booked another night within a hour of arriving! Both of our rooms were spotless, tastefully decorated, and looked new. The balconies overlooking the ponds and landscaping are great. We really enjoyed the clean warm pool as well as the whirlpool, sauna, and steam room. We also had a great time watching a movie in the theater room. Breakfast was good and offered quite a variety of foods. We would stay here again!

The grounds are beautiful. Even in January. The king suite was fantastic. Especially the bathroom. Very spacious shower and Jacuzzi tub. The ambient lighting and decor is nicely done. The room as a very large television and a very nice electric fireplace. Unfortunately the bed was so uncomfortable that we didn't get any sleep. Massages available on site. Saltwater pool. And nice continental breakfast available. The location is close to local shops and restaurants. In the heart of Amish country us city folks have to remember that everything closes at 5pm on Saturday and everything is closed on Sundays. The price is reasonable. I do recommend that you book a room with a balcony.
