Hotel is situated nicely in Wooster for traveling with easy access to main roads. Rooms are very clean, and spacious. The hotel is newer or has been renavated. The staff is very nice. No firm pillows only fluffy ones. Advertise they provide complimentary items forgotten to pack like raver or shaving cream. But do not, instead they will sell you items at a high rate. Parking lot is designed for compact cars, not sure how many people travel using them, but Luckily for me. I had a work vehicle and didn't mind door dings. If you have a nice vehicle you might want to park in a different parking lot other than at the hotel.

We've stayed here a couple times. The rooms are always super clean and the third floor rooms are brand new and recently redone. The staff was super friendly as well. Loved the breakfast, nothing fancy, but enough to satisfy. Also liked the free snacks in the lobby and the pool area for the kids. Not a huge pool, but nice enough to keep the kids entertained. Good location near shopping and tons of restaurants. Definitely our go-to place in Wooster!

Kid friendly, rooms are so clean (big deal to me) check in was a breeze and staff are helpful and friendly. A great entertainment place down the road with water bumper cars, lazer tag, go Karts, batting cageskids had a blast. Then coming back and swim in the great indoor pool here at this hotel.

Was in town for a bowling tournament, was happy to see there was a Hampton inn in the area . This Hampton was a great example of why we choose them when traveling. The staff was very friendly and courteous and the room was clean quiet and comfortable. If we find ourselves in the area again definitely will stay again.

I've stayed here a few times in the past few years, and it has always been great! The reason I did not give it a 5th star was last time I popped in to town unexpected, I walked in looking kind of rough, and the young guy at the counter was obviously not pleased with my appearance and in a very condescending manner said that they were full, and so was the other Hilton Hotel in the area. I should try my luck at the Motel 6 up in Medina that was the first time I have seen that kid there, and it will be a while before I attempt to stay here again.

On a happier note however, a couple years ago I was staying here, and due to the snow storm hitting Wooster, I was in a car wreck. I came back to the hotel and had to leave a day early. The manager named Mike did not charge me any cancelation fees even checking out at 2 or 3 in the afternoon. Then my drive back to Little Rock took 17 hours, again due to weather. The next day, I get a call from the Hampton in Wooster. I was confused why the hotel was calling it was Mike calling to verify I had made it back home! Where do you get that kind of service these days?

We just spent 7 days at this Hampton Inn. This was the first Hampton Inn that we have stayed at. This has to be the best place we have ever stayed. The place was busy all week but we felt like we were the only people staying there. I have never stayed anywhere that was this quiet. The staff was great all week. The breakfast was great all week. I am not sure if all Hampton Inns are this good but if there are any that are having issues, they need to come to the Wooster location to see how it is done. Cannot think of one thing that they could have improved on all week.
