The motel is bright and welcoming the rooms are comfortable and the location is convenient to downtown Wooster and the College of Wooster.

The rooms are good. Our room key stopped working the morning and we had to go to the reception to get it sorted. Everything else was good.

The firm I work for hosted a seminar at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice and the food served to our guests was fantastic.

The accommodations we're no better or worse than any other chain hotel. I stayed there because my daughter was playing in a softball tournament in Orrville, Ohio. There were approximately 70 teams in the tournament. That's a significant amount of people needing a place to stay. I feel the local hotels, which there weren't many took advantage of that fact. While many large chain hotels provide some sort of continental breakfast for guest, this hotel was charging 10.95 per adult for breakfast. Hotels were over priced in my opinion. It was 154.00 for a single night stay. It seems the few hotels in the area we're all offering almost the exact same rate and amenities. The tournament was great. The hotels took advantage of all the parents who brought their daughters here for the great tournament.

When I hear Hilton I expect a a 4-Star or 5-Star stay. What I got was not. I thought there would be continental breakfast. Better attitude of the staff. Most were in very foul moods. We had issues with our room keys not working. I had a do not disturb out and the cleaning staff still came into the room when I was sleeping. It was not the experience that I thought it would be.

Great local hotel with nice amenities. Close to highway exits, food, gas, and entertainment. Great place to host a wedding or other social gatherings. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Was a really good place to stay. I was on a business trip for 3 days and everyone there was very accommodating. There is a daily breakfast which is given and also has a fully stocked bar for dinner/evening hours. Also has a full menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Was very clean but the prices at the dining room were a bit too high for me. The waitress Sara was super sweet and awesome though. I really enjoyed the spa/pool room.
