  My technician is always on time and is a saint. He is not the issue in this review.
  
  The one star is for the office staff who got the work order wrong. My husband and I took a day off work to prep and be available for a fumigation. They sent a work order of a general spraying.
  I actually spoke to someone in the office about fumigation. She (wish I had written her name down!) actually checked to make sure it was in our service agreement. It was. It was scheduled for today 8/27 at the 10am-12pm slot.
  
  So now I'm sitting here with all my kitchen cabinets emptied out for no reason. It's very inconvenient. It's very unprofessional to get the work orders wrong. Especially when there was a phone call to the office 3 days prior to confirm everything and we were even sent an email on how to prep for fumigation.

  They arrived on time. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He explained the whole process and what should be expected from the first treatment. It was a pleasant experience

  Nat texted me 20 minutes before arrival. He was extremely polite and cordial, and did a very thorough job inside and out. I appreciated his professionalism. Nice work

  I have been a Bugmaster client since 2015 and I highly recommend them. They are punctual and professional and most importantly, trustworthy. I had a serious scorpion problem when I started with their service and they work diligently to keep the issue under control.

  Always a great experience with Bug Master. We have used the general pest control service for almost 4 years now and it’s always helpful and such a great value. All of the techs we have had come out do a great job and they are all very polite and professional!
