Water Damage Restoration PDQ was efficient in coming to look at the water damage in the garage and house from a leaking water heater. After a review of what would be done and estimate, they started removing water and then and placing fans and dehumidifiers. They used care in moving items and placed fans and sensors throughout. They were very clean and neat removing drywall, insulation, and carpet padding. They returned 10 days later to remove all equipment and sanitize everything. The water Damage Restoration staff was friendly and professional and great to work with. I highly recommend their services.

Water Damage Restoration PDQ of Grapevine was fantastic when I woke up to one of our water pipes burst in our first floor. As new homeowners, we didn't know what to anticipate or what to do initially. The technician called a plumber and arrived within an hour. They quickly removed the water and blocked our furniture to prevent further damage. After he took images for the insurance company to prove the damage, I felt much better. We were delighted to find Water Damage Restoration PDQ of Grapevine after our condo flooded. Our condo was flooded by water from a condominium above us. After chatting with Jenna, we felt confident hiring them, and Michael and his team arrived within an hour of being notified of the damage. These people just jumped in and got the job done. Michael's staff worked efficiently. Once the mitigation work was complete, we worked with Jose to acquire a proposal to rebuild "as if it never occurred." Jose led his crew to a record-setting restoration. Phone and email made almost all choices. Some were in person with the flooring and tile company they recommended, which was efficient. Jenna made sure insurance covered everything, helped select finishes and paint, and kept the process moving. Water Damage Restoration PDQ's communication was excellent. They care about their work and customers. Highly recommended water damage remediation service!

A pipe to the hot water heater broke and flooded our home. I called Water Damage Restoraton PDQ of Grapevine. A supervisor came over immediately to evaluate the situation. He got his crew of technicians to the house and they did a fabulous job of extracting all the water. Then they set up fans and dehumidifiers to get everything dry. The had to throughout a lot of wallboards and much of the flooring. The end result was fantastic. Highly recommended.

I live in the Stone Bridge Oaks neighborhood of Grapevine, TX. After a hurricane hit, my house was full of water. Our stuff was wet, and we had to move out for a while. This water damage restoration company was recommended to us by our insurance company. Not only did they dry out our house and get rid of the water, but they also repaired all the damage that the water had done.
