These guys are awesome. They were willing to price match and answer all my stupid questions while I outfit my rig to be as comfortable as possible with a new RTX 2000. Jacob will take care of all your needs. I’m fact, that dude is a 8 out of the 10 in the looks department. Definitely not my normal 6.

Everyone I dealt with was super helpful from start to finish. Easy to talk to on the phone and extremely welcoming in person at the shop. Assisted in piecing together a “from scratch” electrical & AC setup for my van. 10/10 would buy from again.

I got my AC up and running today after a very long delay. My fault…life got in the way. Even though technically my warranty was expired before I even got it installed, the wonderful folks at nomadic went above and beyond to help me with the issues with was experiencing. The new AC works great. Super low profile on the roof and a very thin inside control panel which is especially important in a van! I’ll be taking my first road trip this week and I couldn’t be happier. Trust these folks…they make a good product and really stand behind what they sell.

I had ordered a Nomadic 2000 AC recently. The experience and customer service could not have been better!
Before ordering, I had called and discussed with Nomadic which AC unit would be best for what I needed and work with my new lithium battery install on my 2020 144 Sprinter Van and we settled on the Nomadic 2000. A few days later, I received a shipping tracking number (the unit is a big shipment with wooden pallet and have to get delivered on a freight truck). Thank goodness the unit was packed well as the box had a big hole in the side from the shipping company. There seemed to be no damage to the unit but the driver still made of note of the box damage just in case.
When I picked up the van from my installer, the interior vent panel that came with the unit was too small for the hole that the prior AC occupied. I called Nomadic, and I told them what happened. After emailing a few pics of the installed and too small vent panel, they immediately got back to me that they were sending a new larger interior vent panel that I received in just a few days!
After owning 3 businesses myself, I can tell you how important it is not just to the success of the business but having great customer service with knowledgeable and courteous representatives is simply the right thing to do.
Nomadic Cooling definitely went above and beyond and would not hesitate in ordering from them again!!

I ordered one of the first ACs when the company first launched. I use my AC all the time for my dog when I have to be away from the van. The customer service and product was and still is the best in the industry🙌🏼
