The rooms are very spacious (we stayed in a suite, not sure if all rooms are like this) and the grounds itself are beautiful. Lots of flora to enjoy, as well as beautiful sitting rooms.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Palm Beach. Everything inside and out is top notch. My only complaint would be the parking situation.. You have to park along the street, which is very crowded, or you valet. I believe the valet is complimentary (not 100% sure on that), but I am not keen on having others drive my car.

Really cool hotel on Palm Beach island. One of the best restaurants in all of Florida is housed at the Brazilian Court hotel, Cafe Baloud. Atmosphere at hotel is really cool with a great bar next to the hotel lobby. Also the courtyard at the hotel is really a must see as well.

I dont giv out 5 star ratings lightly .. Cafe Boulud is one of the best restaurant meals Iv ever had .. even better than NY Prime .. the Brazilian Court is also on par with 5 stars but the real gem is Cafe Boulud (and their pates !!) did the 5 course flight (with apps) so it was more like 8 courses with even some extras thrown in .. the wine I had was exquisite and the on-site sommelier was fantastic ! I xant wait to go back nd palm beach is lucky to hav this chef .. !

A small hotel like this better have charm and great service. This one has it in spades. We are here for a wedding weekend post-hurricane and it has been excellent.

Fabulous meal and excellent service. We enjoyed a five course dinner with wine pairings. Each dish was perfectly prepared and very unique.

I booked the studio room and was surprised by how big it actually was. The bathroom was huge! Room appointments are very elegant and the hotel definitely had a tropical feel with all of the lush greenery all around. The reason for the 4 stars? We arrived at the pool in the late afternoon and wanted to sit by the pool in the loungers and the seat covers had not been changed from the last guests who used them and there were drink cups and cans that had not been picked up in a while. I messaged the front desk about this and they only sent someone to put out fresh towels. I also wanted to order something to eat and have a drink pool side and there was not a waitress to be found. Overall, I would definitely choose to stay here again, they do offer great Florida resident rates along with free valet parking!

Clean, quiet, elegant, good food. It has everything I look for in a hotel and is priced reasonably. If you want to support local owners who put money back into their property, stay here!

Spectacular! Great service, the food at Café Boulud was amazing, the staff was very attentive. They really know how to take care of their guests. Many, many hotels could take a lesson from this place. Oh, and the courtyard is gorgeous.

First night of four here. The garden terrace wasn't really a garden. There is a potted plant, old popcorn spilled on the ground, and the doors won't close. We got in at 7 and decided to cool off in the pool but were kicked out because it closes at 8. We tried to play a game out on the terrace but the light was burned out. I'm just really disappointed. We figured by the price of this place it would be classy but it was not at all worth it to us. I do not recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel, this is first time I went there for pickup my passenger from this hotel but I was surprised. Looks so nice and customers service very good. We do offer pickup and drop off with our LUXURY car service. This is DIAL9 LUXURY CAR&LIMO service powered by Lucca transportation. I suggest people should try at least for One time with that.
