They are currently under construction but the apt are spacious and well maintained and the staff is welcoming and helpful. They keep the rooms super clean and there rates are competitive.

I've always loved this place. Great location, great staff. Haven't stayed there since last year. They did however take a bit of a hit from the hurricane. Could use a sprucing up and remodeling. But always been a favorite of mine.

One of the employees hit me with a door after she told me they rented the room I had on hold. When I told the manager she said I deserved it since I was rude AFTER the lady slammed door literally on me.

Traveled with a large group to the Neptune for a wedding on the beach. Yolanda was an absolute blast and willing to go above and beyond for everyone in our party. We stayed in a newly renovated suite and it was the perfect spot for a long weekend on the beach, the full kitchens were a huge hit. The hotel is within walking distance to everything, located on the beautiful beach, and close to the airport!

Everyone who works here goes above and beyond to make you not only comfortable, but also as happy as you can be! Cristine, Yolanda, and Victor are truly amazing people, down to earth, extremely likeable, and make our annual 3 weeks stay at the Neptune better than anyone else ever has!! Most importantly they treat us as though we are their special guest, actually they treat us more like we are family!! We now consider them our family away from home, and look forward to seeing them all every year!! Perfect location + amazing staff = A+++ Vacation!!

Great location! Average/older accommodations with a tiny shower/tub but very clean with a comfy bed at a reasonable price.

Furniture and decor were out-of-date and worn. Room was advertised as handycap accessible and was not in the least. Found two roaches upon check-in. Couches felt worn. We booked online and the advertised photo mislead us to believe we'd have a vastly different experience than we did. Would not recommend and would not do again.

They have a loose parking policy so one employee says you can park and another threatens to tow your car. Too much of a risk. We'll look for a new flea infested motel in Hollywood beach for next summer!

I didn't realize there were no cancellations up to a month before, not only have I never been to a hotel/motel that does this. I then immediately call them because my traveling situation has changed. It is 5 days after the no cancellation, so 25 days before I even check in for our one night stay. We have to bring our dog on the trip now, which I see they do not allow dogs. We asked if we could please cancel the 1 night due to our change in traveling, and having to have our dog. Not only in the evenings it is impossible to get ahold of anyone the manager denied us any money back and was sticking to the 258$ one night charge! They are completely sold out our date over APRIL vacation which we all know this room will be sold out the same day they put it as available. I could understand if it wasn't a popular sell out time but to be sold out and 25 days before check in you would think their customer service skills would be some what understanding and accommodating! They care about one thing only and that's taking your money, after that forget it.
