  Honest, straightforward, and helpful. I've used the Body Shop a handful of times for repair work; some of it covered by insurance and some not. They are very helpful in working with your insurance company and streamlining the paperwork. Fair prices for work, which is great when having to pay for it myself. Ask for Billy - he's the owner and always willing to help.

  Went to the body shop at Sears with my mirror hanging off ask Bill if he can assist me with this my mirror was fix in Know time he's great in what he those.. great respect.. great service.. most of all great price.. I'll recommend anyone to him.. thanks again..👍

  Bill did a wonderful job. He took care of all the scratches. He also got me a discount with the adjacent Auto Center. It was a painless experience.

  I needed body work done. Not only did I get great help and a great price. The owner bill even got me some complimentary services at the attached auto center. I would defenitely recommend him to my family and friends.

  We brought our car here to have the tires balanced. The mechanic did 3 tires then went on lunch without finishing the 4th tire. We were there close to 2 hours for a 20 minute job. The manager was not helpful at all and refused to help us. Stay away from this place if you want to be treated with respect. We have taken all of our car business elsewhere.

  There are few things I can say about Bill & The Body Shop at Sears that past customers don't already know. If you're here for a simple oil change, or even 7 grand in damagethe experience is just the same - professional, efficient, and most of all, fairly priced and honest. All of these elements combined make for an incredible, full-service hub for car repairs and more. Bill's willingness to "go out of his way" was apparent off the bat, made most evident by a proactive, positive attitude. Proactive in his instant motion to coordinate with the insurance company/confirm the availability of a rental, and positive in his (later proven) assurance that everything would be 'good as new' and completed in a timely fashion. Bill even offered to personally drive me to the rental while the car was being held for repair - a true indication of the character and compassion you'll seldom find from any business leaders. All things considered, Bill & the Body Shop at Sears were able to turn a seemingly terrible situation into a refreshingly seamless experience. I highly recommend this business - well worth the trip for all things auto.

  I stopped by this place today to get an estimate for paintwork on my Audi. Spoke with Bill, the owner. He spent a lot of time explaining what would need to be done to paint a few of the panels on my car. He gave me an immediate price quote per panel. More importantly, I realized quickly that this is a very honest shop as explained that it probably wasn't worth paining parts of my car (even if he would make extra money in doing so). I'm still deciding whether to take his advice (I'm just really anal and want the paint to be perfect), but would definitely use this shop if I were to get the car painted. Additionally, heaven forbid I ever need body work, this would be the first place I call, based on the honest, no nonsense approach from Bill.
  
  Definitely check this place out if you need body or paint work.
