I'm not one to write online reviews, but its because the customer service here was so good. I got quoted at Monroe and Mr.Tire to swap out a TPMS sensor that was way too high for it to make any sense. I called up Goodyear they told me it wouldn't be a problem. Replaced my sensor in 45 min for nothing compared to the other places.

Made an appointment for state inspection and mount and balance 4 tires. The total bill was going to be $117. WTF $25 to mount and balance a tire, REALLY? I told the Service guy that it used to be $16 and he said it was always $25 which was a total lie. This was after he looked at the dated tire installation bulletin on the wall with the $24.99 charge which I could see. Obviously I walked out and Goodyear lost a customer.

One more thing, does Goodyear really think a sticker "No Concealed Carry Allowed" on their door is going to prevent them from getting robbed. Just one more corporation giving into the liberal mentality.

So if you carry, avoid Goodyear Service Centers. Not 2A friendly.

I called my local dealer and they would mount and balance 4 tires for $45.
