1st off the staff was rude/unprofessional in my opinion. 2nd, i was told on the phone that if i didn't buy my car deck from them, they wouldn't bother installing it (i got an impressive deal online and had the deck shipped to me from the internet, it was too good to resist) So basically whats the point of running this store if your just going to try and hustle people into buying your goods & services???.. i felt unappreciated and neglected by the person i spoke to. don't waste your time here.

They did a terrable job at hooking up everything!!! Cd player,speakers,amp I spent alot of money and got ripped off. I took it to someone else and had them redo everything! They said whoever did this didn't have a clue wht they where doing. I called them to tell them and I got cursed at and hung up on. I wasn't rude about it at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!! Crooks is wht they are!! The good reviews are set up by the Owner. It's just a bunch of crooks!!! They should be ashamed of themselves for how they make a living. I highly suggest that you stay away!! Nothing good comes out of there. Go to best buy if you need work do not get scammed by these bunch of rip off artiest. Thats excacly wht they are. Selling g garbage and telling lies. Bad,bad,bad peaple!!!

My remote car starter wasn't working, they were going to charge for labor but when found out the starter had just been turned off, it was an easy fix so they didn't charge me anything. "Santa came early" the man said. :) Thank you kind sir.

Call for Price on a remote starter set up an appointment, and when I went to pick up the car and pay for the unit they charge me an extra 80 bucks, bacause I need it a module but they never told me over the phone or call me when they were working on my car, so had no choice to pay for it,because if I didn't want the unit I still had to pay for the labor work so they got me either way, bad Business and costumer service, don't recommend they to anyone!!!! Then I found out that other store had it way cheaper by 100 bucks.
