Just leased a brand new GMC Denali from JohnDavid Morgan. The whole sales process was extremely easy and direct. The staff were all attentive and made sure I was always being helped. I looked at the car on Monday and by Friday keys were in hand! I'll only ever buy from JohnDavid because he never pressures you into the sale. He just wants to make sure you are comfortable with the vehicle and that its the right fit for you. Highly recommend Patrick Buick GMC.

Hi all,
My Wife and I work with Jonathan Collister. From the second he picked up the phone, to the last shake of the hand, he was nothing but professional, courteous and friendly. He assisted us with mass amount of questions we had, gave us his opinion and helped us pick the right car for our growing family. We needed and SUV and he showed us two, and helped us pick the right one. If I'm a family of young children and you need guidance on what car to choose, consult with John. He knows the true meaning of going above and beyond. He even contacted my old dealer to ensure what I was told was incorrect by them, and for sure he was right and saved us money that way as well.
It would be selfish and nearsighted of me to not recognize Jonathan for his service and outstanding personal skills. As a sales professional myself, he is the type of sales rep that makes the sales world great, and trustworthy again.

I have been going to Patrick for yearsfor my Buick Rendezvous service. I LOVE the car. Wish Buick would consider making them, again!! Each time I go to Patrick, I get quality service at reasonable prices. The service personnel, Mario, the Jeffs and others, go out of their way to please..they listen to us and treat us as part of "the family". They know my name, recognize my car, know I love it and do their best to assure that it keeps running in tip top shape. My thanks to all the guys in the shop, as well. I always feel safe, having had my service done thereand Patrick doesn't just try to sell me a new car. They want me to be happy with the one I bought from themno matter how many years ago. So, when the time comesI will look to them with trust for advice on a new one.

John David Morgan was the salesman we were happy to get. I came into Patrick for service back in June and while everyone is always friendly in the dealership he took the time to stop and talk to me. He is a one of a kind. Not what you would expect. I will just say this. He will have you laughing the whole time, he will listen and make you want to buy a car from him. He is really a great salesman and person. Best experience we have ever had.

Mike P was my Salesperson he treated me as if i was his grandfather. This meant a lot to me because I'm in my 90's! I'm confident I made the right decision and wish I would have found Mike A lot sooner than I did! Thank you again Mike you were great! If anyone is thinking of getting a new or used vehicle I strongly recommend working with Mike P at Patrick! NO HASSLE, NO PRESSURE and most of all HONEST!!! Best buying experience I've ever had! I had great service yesterday when I tried Patrick for the first time. The communication could be better on their part though. I was never contacted about my vehicle at all. I had to call a few times to get updates and estimates.
The service department was very honest and recommended to me that I actually hold off on a possible repair because of the cost vs need for repair. They told me how to monitor the situation and what to look for rather than just sell me on a possible unnecessary procedure.
The drop off was easy and they had my vehicle up front and ready for me when I came in.

My husband and I came to Patrick looking for a used truck. Within minutes, our salesman Dennis Akselrod pointed towards the perfect vehicle in our price range. He was very professional and helpful, making sure we knew we could contact contact him at any time with questions. About a month after purchasing the truck, we had a minor mechanical concern that Patrick's service center took care of immediately as a courtesy. Dennis even checked in on us to make sure we we taken care of. My husband and I are very impressed with this level of service and will come back!

Had my Enclave in for an oil change. We were very happy with it. It was done in a timely manor. My salesman wasn't busy so he came out and washed my truck and another guy took off my bugs on the front bumper!!!!

My car was in an accident. Usually I am a bit nervous about getting any work done at a dealership. I had purchased the car from Doan Buick from John David Morgan. He was so honest and treated me so well that I followed him to Patrick. He assured me that I would receive great service, which I did. If you ever need a repair, go here. They do amazing work and have great communication skills. A really great place.

Gary Johnson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained our options in our lease agreement, got a great trade in on our used vehicle and made everything easy. He made himself readily available to answer any and all questions after the sale. It was a great experience thanks to Gary!

A wonderful experience working with Bob Gordon and Patrick GMC. The experience at Patrick GMC felt different than at other dealerships. I was introduced to employees in all the different departments at Patrick, and Bob gave me a tour of the different areas as well. Bob worked hard to get me into the best vehicle for my family and me. I feel I couldn't have gotten a better value anywhere else. I felt valued as a customer and love my new GMC Terrain! Thank you Bob and everyone else at Patrick GMC!

The service I received today at Patrick was exceptional. Everyone was very courteous and helpful. I was also given a coupon which helped with the cost. While my car was being serviced I had a question on a warranty which I had purchased. Dave, the business person, took time to research my warranty and found out when it would expire.

The Collision Center was great and exceeded my standards! The body shop manager kept me informed, made me feel comfortable and made sure my car was delivered without delay! The staff was professional, friendly and highly skilled! I would definitely recommend services and will be using the shop as a referral source to my family and friends!
