Waitress seemed distracted despite being at less than 1/4 capacity when we arrived. Had the risotto and the house mac. The risotto came with brussel sprouts that were soaked in balsamic vinegar that overpowered the whole dish. House mac was good but needed a highlight or maybe more candied bacon? Beer menu was IPA's and stouts, but the cocktails were tempting. Food was a 3/5, Staff was a 2/5, Atmosphere 4/5.

My brisket sandwich was disappointing. Meat was thick and hard to chew..was on a thick toasted roll with "onion slaw" that did not give the sandwich any moisture to chew. Like chewing a tough steak. I've enjoyed burgers here in the past.

The food was good, but fire the whole staff. Super sketchy staff that is rude and makes you want to just walk out and never come. Fix the staff and this place would be hopping all the time.

I wanted to like this place. Our food was okay, we both had burgers. We tried a couple of the seasonal cocktails and they were not good, especially for the cost. There are so many televisions on the wall behind the bar and over half of them had no signal, it was very distracting. The music sounded like something you'd hear at a club, not a gastropub/sports bar, or whatever this place is supposed to be. The staff seemed overwhelmed, too, which is really unfortunate because you can't expect a server or bartender to be at their best when they are given too many tables/patrons.

Have been waiting 45 minutes for a basket of bacon & prime rib sandwich. Leaving now with no food. Late for a jazz concert😩😩😩

My wife and I never get a chance to go out to dinner with out the kids. But on this particular evening we had no children and I wanted to take my wife to a nice restaurant! Had never eaten here and thought it would be nice to try. Well that's where everything went wrong. We were one of only five tables in the entire place. That said it took 10 minutes to get drinks. Then it took an additional 35-40 minutes to get our food. At this point I was already ready to go well needless to say the food was just okay for 17 a plate. But on the up side the server was really nice and probably the only reason they get 2 stars! You can go and see for your self if you like

Bad service started as soon as we walked through the door. It's hard to believe this is the same place everyone gives great reviews. Food was alright, nothing special. I personally will never be back. There were at least four tables open, and they said they were not setting people in them because something happened in the kitchen and they were behind on orders so they didn't want more orders coming in until they caught up. What a joke. Our waitress was really nice and helpful, but the rest of the service and food, terrible.

Both times I've been there I've had wonderful service and we've been seated quickly. I've had a different dish each time I've gone and I've never been disappointed!

Oh the food was so good and great service. Our server gave us a great experience. Celebrated our moms 89th birthday and they brought a special cupcake. Discount if you come on your birthday. We will be back!

Amazing! I will definitely be visiting again when we are in the area. Food was fantastic, our waitress was sooo nice and the place is beautiful. Love it!

Would be nice to have been waited on. Even watched wait staff scope us out. Three of had our entire order ready, had time to use the restroom. Not even a drink order after sitting for 10 minutes. Drove over to their sister restaurant and got waited on right away. Amazing the different level of service between the two, owned by the same people . You can't expect to server $20 entres in Muskegon with less than average service.
