My husband and I got married at the Blue Dress Barn this past July. We are so, so happy we decided on this venue for our wedding. It was just what we wanted – plenty of space for our guests, but it still felt intimate and laid-back. Plus, the ceremony site and reception space were so gorgeous on their own that we only needed minimal decorations. Amy and Tasha were incredible throughout the entire planning process. They made everything so easy and answered all of our questions quickly. We’ve received so many compliments from guests about how much they loved the venue. We will never forget the amazing day we had at the Blue Dress Barn. It exceeded our expectations and was one of the best decisions we made while planning our wedding.

Beautiful venue. Great staff. The bridal suite was spacious enough for family members to stop in and say hi before the ceremony. No A/C, but plenty of fans to keep you cool and outdoor spaces to escape to.

We were just married on June 3, 2017 and as some other reviewers have already said, words don't do the magnificent beauty of this venue justice. Everything inside and out is so beautiful and thoughtfully put together, each time you turn around, you're noticing something new! Our day was so perfect for us and the Barn played such a huge role in that. The barn manager, Tasha, is a sweet, helpful and all around amazing person to work with. Amy was always quick to answer my emails (and there were a lot!) and extremely helpful in our planning stages. We want to get married again just so we can plan another day here!

Words cannot describe how breathtakingly beautiful the Blue Dress Barn is and the area surrounding it. This is truly a magical place for a wedding. The ceremony site itself is such a perfect setting and inside the barn is so gorgeous and rustic and you honestly don’t have to do anything extra to decorate it. The owner, Amy, was always responsive and super helpful with any questions I had, and Tasha was awesome and on top of her game with everything. When you book with Blue Dress, you are also given a list of local vendors, which was extremely helpful since my wedding was a destination. At night you have access to a fire pit and nice sitting area (we had a s'mores station here), there is a balcony overlooking the ceremony site (perfect if you are having a band/musician for your ceremony) and there are string lights outside at various points, which make the whole place look magical. There is also a unique bridal suite and a “man camp” (vintage-y trailer) for both parties to get ready/hang out before the ceremony, which were definitely an awesome touch. I have had countless people tell me how beautiful and different our wedding was and how much they loved the Barn. Our wedding at Blue Dress was absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier with how amazing everything turned out. Thank you so much for letting us utilize your wonderful space for our big day!

I recently had my wedding at the Blue Dress Barn and it was absolutely perfect! Communication was very clear and Amy, the owner, was always very responsive and helpful. The grounds were beautifully maintained and all hired staff did a wonderful job. It was a perfect day and a perfect wedding.

My husband and I got married at the Blue Dress Barn on July 22, 2016! It was everything we could've wanted and more! Amy was so easy to talk to throughout the entire process and even completely redid our seating chart before the wedding! Tasha was amazing as well. She was always so nice and wanted to help with anything that she could to make our day run smoother! We are still receiving tons of compliments on the venue and how beautiful everything was. I highly recommend choosing the Blue Dress Barn for your wedding!

Travis and I had an amazing wedding at The Blue Dress Barn last weekend, June 24th 2016!! Amy was able to assist us along the way, editing our floor plan twice, responding promptly and we were able to visit the barn twice before the wedding! Tasha, the barn manager, was wonderful when we visited and was so helpful with editing floor plans, giving tips, writing chalk boards for us and being sure all of our candles were lit. Tasha was so genuine and nice to the whole family, she kept complementing us on our nice family and friends, it was so sweet. We could not have picked a better Barn Venue! Our day was magical and we just wish we could do it all over again!

I really wish I could put into words how magical our wedding was. My wife and I got married at the Blue Dress Barn this past Sunday- May 1, 2016, but this review goes much further back, as we booked our date that previous summer.

From the very beginning, the communication we experienced with Amy was wonderful. She responds quickly, she answered all of our questions, and she seemed very genuinely excited for us. When you sign the contract with the Barn management, the contract is goes into a lot of detail, so you know everything you are getting into. Nothing is hidden from you, everything that is expected from you is laid out, and everything you can expect from them is laid out.

We booked a rehearsal the night before, and when we arrived, Tasha was there to answer any questions we had, but stayed off in the background so we could figure things out the way we wanted as well. All of our questions were answered, and she gave us a lot of helpful suggestions. Since we were having a same-sex wedding, I planned to use the bridal suite and my wife used the new trailer (which is adorable, by the way). The sign for the trailer says "man-camp," as it is usually used by the groomsmen, but when she and her party arrived, the management had a sign over the "man" in "man-camp," so it now said "woman-camp." And it was just great haha.

All of this was wonderful, but our wedding day was what was truly amazing. We hired several vendors that were recommended to us through the Barn management, and everything just ran so smoothly. When we arrived, all the tables and chairs were set up and ready to be decorated. Tasha asked us multiple times if we needed help with anything. The transition from the wedding to the cocktail hour, and then the cocktail hour to the reception just flowed so smoothly, you can tell the management really knows what they're doing. We ended the reception at 11:00, and were completely cleaned up, loaded up, and out of the building by 11:40- the management helped us clean up so quickly, it was done before I could even realize it.

What it comes down to really is- this is an unbelievably beautiful venue with really great people behind it. We almost didn't have our wedding here, but decided to just go for it, and now I couldn't imagine us not getting married here. It has such natural beauty, which is what we really wanted. It was completely gorgeous, it was magical, it was worry-free, it was absolutely perfect, now we just wish we could go back and experience it all over again.
