Great stay here for a hockey game two locks away at the Nationwide Arena. Free drinks voucher and free buffet dinner were unexpected surprises and the hot breakfast was excellent. Excellent value!

My stay here at the Drury was pretty good. Amenities, service, staff and rooms were all exactly as expected.

The single thing that stood out to me as a problem was the showers. There was no temperature control. All I had was ice cold or lava. There was no in between. When I finally got it to a sort of tolerable temperature, the water temperature would still fluctuate from barely tolerable to scalding hot. I left the shower feeling like I had been burned all over.

If this gets addressed and resolved, a stay at the Drury would be a no-brainer. Until then, I'll be forced to stay at a different hotel where I can use the showers without fear of injury.

It's a very nice, clean building. It was exactly what we expected it to be, nothing more or less. There was some conference going on in the hotel the day we were there. I think it was for hairstylists. It seemed like I was the only man in the whole hotel. That was awkward sitting at breakfast in the hotel as the only male. However, that awkwardness is no reflection on the hotel, just a funny circumstance. The room was clean. There was room for my baby's packn'play. Breakfast had two or three hot dishes (eggs, sausage, potatoes) which is a nice change from the usual bagel and cereal hotel breakfast. It's nothing fancy, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Check in was smooth and we were able to check in early , which is awesome considering we drove 5 hours to get there. We had a king size room that was clean, smelled good and was on a high floor with a nice view. Love the security features: you need your room key for a lot more than just your room such as getting on an elevator into the parking garage. The kickbacks at night are awesome, 3 free drinks and food from 5:30 to 7. Favorite part is the free breakfast. Huge variety of foods including hot breakfast choices. We'll definitely pick Drury Inn every time if we can!

Wow! What a wonderful, unexpected stay!! Joe was wonderful at the front desk, very kind and answered all my questions. The parking was secure and easy to access. The evening happy hour was quite unexpected..3 FREE small drinks and great food (chicken, pasta, baked potato and salad) Popcorn also, which I took back to my room as a late snack!! I've never had that at any other hotel.so nice to be able to unwind right in your hotel and not have to shell out more $$$. The hot breakfast in the morning was awesome, so much more than just crummy cereal and some fruit. The room was wonderful, clean and quiet. This will be my "Go to" chain from now on! Even though I only stayed one night.the service I received was "over the top"!! This is how a hotel should be run!! Thanks so much Drury Inn.see you again soon!

This is my 2nd time staying at the Drury Inn. I searched specifically for this chain because of my first experience. If there is one nearby I will never stay anywhere else again. This Inn is amazing. Their free breakfast and 5 o'clock kickback are exceptional. The rooms are clean. The staff was friendly. I will definitely keep coming back.

The kick back was nice but the whole room filled up quickly. We enjoyed the 3 free drinks and popcorn. The room was clean and we have a great view of the city. It was a bit loud as a conference was being held next door.

Our room was extremely clean. The staff was courteous and helpful as we checked in very late. We make every effort to stay at a drury inn every chance we get.

The rooms were clean which was nice and as far as noise goes this was also good but that could be my end room. Apparently, there has been car theft in the area using a code grabber, and all guests should have been informed of this. We were not. We trusted the private garage that required a key, and the signs all over the place indicating surveillance. Our mistake. Had we known the issue, we would have definitely made sure nothing was in our car. When we asked about surveillance footage, only the elevators are covered. I also got charged twice. They are checking with IT but so far nothing has come off my statement. Unlikely to recommend. I travel weekly for work and this is the first time I have ever had an issue in 8 years.

I've enjoyed my stay. It's clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the bathroom sink doesn't drain very fast. I'd stay here again or recommend it to anyone. The breakfast and dinners are amazing.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The hotel is on the southern end of downtown near German village and Italian village. There is complimentary parking in the garage for those staying at the hotel. It is connected to the convention center, and the hotel floors are only accessible via keycard. The hotel is well kept and very nice. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and overall excellent. The hotel offers a kick-back event (near lobby) for a couple hours - basically free supper and 3 free alcoholic beverages (card given at check-in for this) or unlimited pop/water/hot beverages. The food options: baked potatoes, chicken tenders (not nuggets), pesto Alfredo pasta, 2 soups, salad fixings for taco salad or garden salad, nachos, hot dogs, and I forget the other option. They also have free popcorn from 3 to 10(?)pm, and free pop (aka soda). The breakfast was just as good (options listed on website). We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back if in the area.
