The Bicycle Lab is wonderful. My husband wanted to replace an old hand-me-down and they helped him pick out the perfect bike for his needs. There were no high pressure sales tactics, just great customer service.

The Bicycle Lab is a wonderful bike shop. Although it is definitely geared towards the more ardent cyclist; they are helpful and humble enough to provide assistance to people with all walks of bicycle knowledge. The owner and the mechanic are both very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They are fairly priced and trustworthy. I do not know much about bicycles but I depend on my bicycle for the majority of my transportation. It was great to go to a bike shop that provided such efficient and knowledgeable service without pretentious feelings that I have experienced at other bike shops. They really care about their customers and I sincerely appreciate all the help they have provided me. I will definitely continue going to the Bicycle Lab for all of my cycling needs. Not only do they have a great location and fair prices; they are down to earth, trustworthy people that are willing to go the extra mile to provide superior service.

Favorite shop in Delray. Jeff and Jim are passionate about the the sport/all things bikes and truly care about getting quality products (products they use themselves!) out onto the road. They're both very knowledgeable and have always been able to help when I come in with a question.

I have been taking my bike to Jeff and Jim for several years. They are knowledgeable, have reasonable prices, and are just great to work with. I ride a lot (on bikes in several states) and Jim is one of the most diligent mechanics I have seen. Jeff also is always helpful and makes very good suggestions on equipment and gear.

I feared I'd have to give up cycling.
Jim & Jeff at The Bicycle Lab turned me around!
Together, they spent 5 hrs with me over 3 days to identify the bike best suited for my intentions, size a bike to my ancient body, and fit it once it arrived. They are very knowledgeable, listen, and explain clearly, with no pretensions.
I bought a bike at a different shop a few years ago. Although they spent a few minutes to "size" a bike for me, it hurt to ride more than 10 miles. Jeff & Jim went many extra miles, ordered the bike (instead of conveniently selling one off the floor), and the bike they delivered fit perfectly.
I was very tentative about riding in this heavy Florida traffic; Jeff outfitted the bike with safety lights and upgraded other outdated gear that I had. No pressure. Their prices are very reasonable. With a properly performing bike, I now feel confident - while remaining cautious - riding this bike in traffic.
During the 5 hours I was there, numerous people came into the store to chat or to buy a bike or needing repairs. Jeff and Jim were very courteous to everyone, whether novices looking for comfort bikes or experts looking for advice or repairs.
I, with my fossilized bones, am on the road again. The joy of riding (and aerobic workouts) has returned! Check 'em out. I know I'll be back for more stuff.response / report this review -

Jeff is knowledgeable and friendly and gives awesome personalized service you can only get at a local small business. He has a great selection of bikes and accessories and is always willing to offer tips and advice. Best bike shop in town!

My wife and had a little bit of an odd request and the guys at The Bicycle Lab in Del Ray Beach came through big time. We have a 5 month old and the tires on his stroller were almost completely flat. We came in after about a 2.5mile walk and they pumped the tires up and sent us on our way. Might sound like nothing to some, but for me and my wife it meant a lot. Thanks guys.
