DO NOT DO NOT BUY A TICKET FOR THIS BUS COMPANY , we got here on time and we had to be on Orlando by the time it claimed we where going to get there and it turns out THAT IS GOING TO BE 5 hours late and if does not get here then we have to come tomorrow ! What kind of bus company does that . AND THEY don't refund !!!DO NO I repeat buy from here . I am still waiting for my bus.. it was suppose to leave at 11:25 and it's currently 1:45 am :( I am going to be late for my flight to Chicago :( this sucks . And to top it off the bus is coming in full so who knows If we will get seats .. horrible horrible experience .

Never again and i stay 5min away the people who worked there was late the time i suppose to leave and when i purchase a ticket a week before a man where on the with his girlfriend i ask guess and were mad because i had several question before i brought my ticket

North Miami is a large city but has never been adequately served by Greyhound. Greyhound Miami North location is a very difficult place to find since it is in a remote location hidden behind the Golden Glades transportation center and the “building” and sign are blocked from public view by tall trees and high bushes. So, going there for the first time is a nightmare for all even Uber drivers. But, even worse is the dilapidated trailer that is used to serve the public. Its small, dirty appearance shows a lack of respect for paying passengers. The old trailer is deteriorating with large holes in front. So, passengers living in the North Miami area have to deal with this hidden, unsafe location and nasty trailer accommodations. But, to top it off Miami North passengers are put through more inconvenience when their bus drives past the Miami North location and drops them off at the Miami Airport stop where they have to wait hours for a bus going back to the Miami North location. Or, passengers are dropped off at the Ft. Lauderdale location where they have to wait hours for a bus to take them to the Miami North location. Greyhound’s service to North Miami is typical of companies in the U.S. that do not believe they need to spend money in areas where there is a majority of minority residents. This practice is so wrong!

I was heading to Tampa came from Haiti by boat when I get here dope boys and crack heads everywhere and they try to steal your luggage I fought one bum off and ended up missing my connecting bus had to wait 3 hrs for another

Horrible. It's supposed to be open at 5:00 am and it was way passed 5 am and still no sign of any employee. Not to mention the place looks super sketchy and is really dirty with cigarettes and beer bottles everywhere. I'm completely disappointed.

It was very disappointing to find such dirty at Orlando station. Later, the bus arrived heading to Miami but it was dirty like nobody had cleaned it in 2 months! At the top, the driver was harsh and let in a stinky man who hadn't showered in 2 weeks in the middle of an Orlando's summer. At least, we arrived to Of Miami at the promised time. In Colombia we've better coaches for half the price!

I won't mention how last year, one of my trips with Greyhound resulted in me getting terribly bit by bed bugs. I won't talk about the awful service at this station. No. Today I'll just talk about how our bus was supposed to leave at 5:15, we got here early at 4:30.. It is 5:18 and not only has the bus not arrived but the station is closed and everyone is waiting outside. Should I mention how dangerous it is for us to be waiting out here like this with no security AT ALL? I hate coming to this station.
