After walking 20 blocks to pickup by bike I accidentally took the wrong card. Richwagen would not let me drive my bike back to get by credit card to pay them, even though wanting to leave my $800 phone as collateral. Trust is reciprocal Richwagen. Last time I do business with you

I'd been there twice to have my eight year old bike maintained. When my bottom bracket became loose I decided to ask a local competitor what it would cost to have my bicycle repaired and the estimate was three times as much and I was told that it would take three days. I went to Richwagen's and not only was my bike repaired in two hours but I wasn't sold a new and unecessary bottom bracket. Rather my original bottom bracket was cleaned, lubricated and my gears were reset. He also tightened up my breaks. All for twenty one dollars.

I bought a bunch of gear, then decided I needed more and to return one item. A call to the owner resulted in a 15% restocking fee for an unopened item that simply hangs on a rack on the counter. The girl helping had a look on her face of embarrassment, but he's the one who should be embarrassed. I liked the mechanic, but the owner could use an attitude adjustment. I now take my business elsewhere.

I was stranded on the road today with the wrong part to fix my bike. This is my first experience with Richwagen's. Both of the employees involved at the store and especially the person that came to assist me were great! As of today I am switching shops and this will be my new bike store.

My experience with them was excellent. My rear wheel spokes kept breaking on my Schwin Voyageur. After taking it to several local bike shops for repairs that did not solve the problem I took it to Richwagen's. They ordered a new wheel with stronger spokes and I have never had a problem since. Later on I purchased a seat they recommended to replace the inferior one that a I purchased from another bike shop. It was an excellent choice. They said to try it out and if it didn't work to bring it back.

Called a week before our trip for a week rental of 2 road bikes w/ SPD pedals. Lisa was there at checkout and return and very helpful and friendly. The bikes were in great shape mechanically, included multi-tool, flat repair stuff, water bottle, and the rates were great.
I was a bit concerned seeing a couple of the other reviews but my experience was great and would absolutely go back. In my 2 times in the shop I can see where they get ebbs and flows of anxious tourists as the shop can go from empty to 10 customers in 2 minutes.
