Great company with a better service system in place! Roy Gonzales from the Fort Worth office responded to my inquiry immediately, super courteous, kept me informed throughout the process, and was very knowledgeable with any and all of our questions. Installation was handled expeditiously and professionally. We have a very high pitch and big roof and they did a great job completing roof in a very timely manner. Had some follow-up issues and the office responded quickly. Warranty work may be subbed out so make sure you're aware of such. I recommend Tarrant for your roofing needs.

Above and Beyond I am always pleased and deeply appreciative to encounter someone who gets it right the first time and that was our case working with Amanda at Tarrant Roofing. We had Amanda oversee replacement of two roofs roughly at the same time and for us we could not have been happier with her professionalism, attention to detail, follow ups and kindness. Our primary residence has a very expensive heavy slate roof and multiple roofing companies were calling and knocking on our door but only Amanda impressed us by being herself speaking straight forward and in our opinion honestly, as everyone else wanted us to put a plastic roof on and some were even saying we could pocket money which isn't something we felt comfortable with and later learned was unlawful with recent laws being passed. We were very disappointed by these various roofers so meeting Amanda was like a breath of fresh air, so we decide to go with Amanda who handled everything with the insurance companies and performed a very nice job on both roofs. They imported the slate from Spain and while it took several days to remove and install the roof, it was all expected as Amanda kept us well informed. We had a new copula built with a new copper top, chimney cap and flashing all over it was very nice for sure. To be honest both homes were done top tier and we had no problems at all even when accidentally the workers broke our mailbox and Amanda had them out replacing it the next day with no issues. Amanda and Tarrant Roofing simply went "above and beyond" for us exceeding our expectations, so we have no problems referring them to family and friends. We could not be happier with our choice to use Amanda and Tarrant Roofing. So if you want a Great Roofing Experience with No Headaches pick up the phone and call Tarrant Roofing and ask for Amanda.

I have personally used Tarrant Roofing and recommend them to my clients and family. As a realtor, it is important for me to have a go to roofing company that is trustworthy. Numerous times Tarrant Roofing has told my clients that the roof looks good or just needs small repairs. I know when they recommend a full replacement, I can trust that it needs it. They document their findings with photos and work with the insurance company to make things seamless. Many roofing companies only do replacements even if only a repair is needed. Tarrant Roofing is one of my trusted go to vendors. They have never disappointed me after more than 20 transactions.

I couldn't ask for a better experience when dealing with a very dreaded project. Within 2 weeks of initially speaking with CJ about needing my roof replaced they had done their inspection (where I was informed they could do all the repairs I had filed with insurance) replaced my roof, and washed and stained by fence. Not only was I EXTREMELY impressed and grateful for their speediness, but the stress of dealing with the insurance claim and disbursement was completely taken off me. I would definitely recommend using them to everyone. Extremely professional, friendly and fast!

Chase Kelley from Tarrant Roofing was doing roofs in my neighborhood knocked on my door one day to discuss my roof. He then contacted my insurance company amd they submitted a claim. They had a contractor with drone come out and take pictures and after they received photos they only approved a section of my roof. Spoke to Chase and he said to call insurance company and tell them you want someone to come out and get up on the roof and inspect it. chase himself got back up on my roof and took pictures to show me the damage. Inspector came out approved the claim and after claim was approved Chase was very quick to get appointment scheduled and done. Kept me informed about the whole process start to finish. Highly recommend.

We recently worked with Daniel Greenwood at Tarrant Roofing after a storm damaged our roof. Daniel made it easy for us by working with our insurance and keeping us appraised of the steps in the process. He stayed on top of the process and made sure our satisfaction was paramount. The other employees of Tarrant Roofing were equally professional with the work crew doing a great job on the replacement.

Chris was my man. He stopped by and contacted me and I was impressed with this man from the start. Theirs was the only bid I got, I liked the price and I liked Chris he struck me as honest and straight up. Chris and his company were great to work with . They done a great job and fast too. Our roof was beat up by hail and ripped up by wind. The estimator, Eric, made working with the insurance company painless. He even showed up on very short notice when the adjustor came earlier than expected. Roof looks awesome and I haven't even gotten a flat tire from leftover nails because they cleaned up great.

You guys were great! At first my insurance wouldn't pay for a new roof. Then Cyle came and changed that for the better. Now I have a new roof along with wonderful looking ceilings all thanks to his hard work. They took preventative measures to make sure nothing went wrong throughout the process and after all is finished my house looks great. Thanks a bunch!

It turns out I had damage on my roof and was completely unaware. He was very insightful and I could tell he knew what he was talking about.
