My first car Chrysler Intrepid 2000 - well they said perfectly car, however, I got oil sludge which cost me $2,000 to repair and then more problem. Forget it, I trade it.

I got a pt cruiser from here was stiffed out of my money and because of it being my 1st loan and having too much things wrong with the car it felt like it took forever to get it completely fixed and wasn't able to pay bank while getting it fixed. Just too much lying from Kerry who sold me the car

I can't say enough good about the people I dealt with at the Rochester dealership, very friendly, helpful, and didn't hesitate to offer to get our jeep fixed. We bought it and the next day noticed that there was antifreeze on the floor. They gave me a great loaner to drive while the jeep went to the shop. 2 days later we got it back, still leaking. Once again they didn't hesitate, and sent it back. Almost 2 weeks later the shop decides to finally replace the heater core, after driving my vehicle on personal time. It developed over 150 miles on it. We got it back yesterday and now the traction light is on, ac doesn't work, never fixed the tire that had a screw in it, and there is an axle seal leaking. I don't want to trouble those nice folks at the rochester dealership again, and I sure as hell don't want to lose my vehicle for almost 3 weeks again. We've had it in our possession for maybe 6 days total, it's October 12th and we bought it on the 17th of September. Again, the team in Rochester is a great group of people, shop, not so much.

We dont even want to give these crooks one star!!! The vehicle we purchased is a total lemon. We have had to repair so may things its not funny. We had bought a warranty and auto park wont do anything about it. In my book these people are down right dirty crooks! Time to see a lawyer about this so they cant do this to someone else!!

Very un happy on my purchase definitely a lemon and now having a hard time getting them to stand by there warranty will not buy from that auto park ever again just be buyer beware is all I can say

Jeremy and his team are wonderful. They were patient and never pushy. I asked for a couple of different cars to be brought to Rochester from other locations so that I could see all of my choices, and it was always, "No problem." When I did purchase my car, it was a simple process, and Jeremy gave me prices for every permutation of choices I asked for. They even made sure that my license plate frame was moved to my new car (which was important because of sentimental value). Great experience.
