I drove many miles to this place because over the phone they said I could trade my vehicle for something bigger that day. I got my family excited. We got there and they said they didn't have anything we could afford. I felt very disrespected and I will NEVER go back there nor refer anyone to go there.

I want to thank Steve, Randy and Rob for their great personal service that was extended to me. Love working with a small town dealership like AutoFarm in Logansport. I couldn't ask for a more comfortable buying experience. Thank you againand I love my car!

I just got a used F-250 truck from them on 7/17/2014 and all ready have a 2011 Mustang that I own. They had all new sales staff and the people i worked with Chris, Bobby and Mat were decent people despite some of the things i have seen others say. This is a very small dealership and does not seem all that modern that may appeal to some. For me would rather go out town to a more up to date dealership.

Okay so people know STOP READING PAST REVIEWS they have new owners and all new employees this place is ran so much different than it used to be it's literally night and day! I purchased a vehicle in the past off the old "Cass county ford" and it was the worst experience of my life! I swore I would never go back but I notice they changed the name so I started digging around found out it's new owners say a truck I liked and thought "let's see what the new owners and crew are up too" WOW what a change I've pitches over 10 vehicles from different dealers all over the U.S. Never ever have I been treated this good, got this good of a deal and seen a bunch of men and women laugh and have such a good time enjoying their jobs and helping each other out! It was simply amazing ! They will bend over backwards to do what they need to do to help you out ! They don't do a lot of the shady stuff I've learned over the years that car dealers do NOT EVERY PLACE IS OUT TO A SCREW YOU! Get that out of your heads give them a chance and be reasonable they have to make a living as well! But they don't do a lot of things most do I watch for it I ask the questions and there are was to look for it and they didn't it was a above and beyond experience! Everything is top notch and high class all the way down to their socks! It's all new so go in and give them a chance I will be back without a doubt they helped me out and got my head above water with a great vehicle

So I just want to start with the fact that I got a car that I absolutely love. I am a young adult, which means my parents still have to cosign even though I am technically the sole owner. Throughout this experience the salesman and financial manager continued to direct the conversation to my parents instead of me. Any questions that I had about my car the salesman would give me the consistent answer of, "oh I don't exactly know". This is frustrating especially when these details can make or break the sale. Not only was he lacking knowledge on details of the car, he gave me one option. They did not go out of their way to find various options for me, even though they should have know that this is an important factor. The dealership is too rushy and doesn't take into consideration a customers needs. Unfortunately they treated me as if I didn't matter, even though I am the one who will be paying for 100% of the car and handling all of the maintenance.
