One of my teeth broke off and I got a crown in the Art of Smile. They told me that I have bad insurance (by the way I have Aetna PPO Plan) in the dentistry, I was told that it’s as if I don’t have and I need to change it. They told me that insurance only covers metal crowns or $ 300 for a metal-ceramic crown. I paid $ 1,100 out of my pocket. It wasn’t a great experience at all.
Recently I got another crown done in a different dentistry, only on the other side. I was told that I have excellent insurance and it covers 50% of the work on the installation of the crown at the the new office. I paid $ 560 (almost half compare to the Art of Smile) out of my pocket and the rest was covered by the insurance company at the new dentistry. I haven't changed my insurance by the way. I was told that my old crown (which I did in the Art of Smile) was installed badly and inaccurately in the new office.
The art of Smile you have bad service, I will not advise you to anyone. You intentionally lied to your client and take advantage of my situation to only benefit yourself. I hope with enough reviews like this someone will look in to your business practice and insurance claims.

Best office by far. Never had such a better experience at a dental office than this one. The staff is amazing. The doctors are so helpful and get the job done. They are very assuring with you. Dr. Segal is an all around doctor. Not a lot of dentist can do what he can do. Dr. Tate is good at her work. Thank you for such an excellent place. They also follow the covid guidelines.

Dr. Segal is the best! Well knowledgeable and experienced at what he does-five star service and results!. His staff creates a very warm and welcoming environment! The office is equipped with state of the art appliances and is well maintained and sanitized. As someone who settles for only the best, I would recommend The Art of Smile over and over again!

Great office! Extremely friendly staff! Overall life changing experience!

Due to a horrific experience with a previous dentist in my youth, I have always been terrified of “the dentist”. I spent my entire adult life avoiding and ignoring my dental needs. The Art of Smile instantly eased my fears and made me comfortable by working closely with me to create a dental plan that not only prioritized my oral health, but gave me the smile I have always dreamed of! During these uncertain times of this COVID pandemic, the staff did an amazing job at phasing my treatment in a way that was affordable. The doctors were patient, gentle, and worked extra hard to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I now have pearly white, veneers! I can’t stop smiling! Not only do I recommend this amazing office, I encourage those who have a fear of dentistry to give them a call. You won’t be disappointed!

I've gone to The Art of Smile twice over the past year for both cleanings and X Rays. They have a very clean and well maintained facility, up to date equipment, a panoscan X Ray machine, and most importantly, a very friendly and skilled staff. The young lady who cleaned my teeth took her time and was quite thorough and attentive. Dr. Zev was very honest and noticed how the way I tend to clench my teeth is causing a wear pattern that I should have corrected. I will be coming back to have this adjusted soon. I had been told this from other dentists in the past so Dr. Zev was very honest and accurate with what he noticed. I would highly recommend this dental group based on both positive experiences I have had with them. Thank you The Art of Smile :)

Called their office last minute for a dental emergency at 6pm and they told me to come on in! The girls at he front were super helpful and friendly and the dentist made me feel very comfortable . I left feeling SOOO much better! And booked my next appointment on the way out . Thank u so much

I wish that i could give 10 stars! I had such an amazing and welcoming experience here. The front stag is super helpful and friendly, the office is bright, beautifully decorated, immaculately clean with state of the art equipment. Staff is super knowledgeable and helpful, i was very nervous and they put my mind at ease. Dr Lee did a fantastic job an my teeth cleaning and filling, she was very gentle and efficient. I didn't feel like i had any work done at all after. I'm looking forward to going back (and i've never felt this way about visiting the dentist). They took my insurance without a problem and even offered promotion deals on services to cut the cost. Extremely pleased with the service and staff here.

Terrible practice. Long wait times. Don't believe the 5 star reviews!!!!!!!! HE OFFERS HIS PATIENTS A DISCOUNT IF THEY LEAVE HIM A 5 STAR REVIEW!!!!
Prices are always very high. He bills your insurance then OVERBILLS you at the time of service. His Accounting staff are THIEVES. They constantly overbill you.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THE DENTAL WORK IS GOOD, BUT THEY ARE JUST LOOKING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. THIEVES. Going to a dentist is unpleasant as is. The Art of Smile makes it even worse.

I came in with my fiancé today who needs a lot of dental work. We have had trouble finding a dentist we trusted to do all of the work, and the staff and doctors at art of the smile made us feel as though we knew what to expect and how to pay for it. They worked out a payment plan for us to make all of the work feasible. We are really grateful to have found this office!

The team at the Art of Smile is professional, polite and caring. I always felt welcome and expected. No one likes dentists, but Dr. Segal is definitely the best one I've ever come across. The procedures are done quickly and always pain free. There's never a long wait time and the place is well organized. Highly recommended!

A COSMETIC MARVEL

I had 3 oral surgeons who did extensive work on my teeth: crowns, implants, veneers, etc. but the work never felt comfortable in my mouth and I continually developed problems. Finally my friend recommended Dr Segal, but I was reluctant to make an appointment because of the distance I would have to travel. Eventually desperation drove me to him.

I was quickly reassured by his professional knowledge, and he was very attentive to my concerns. His staff could not have been more welcoming and considerate. Not only was the job superbly done, but the COSMETIC results were AMAZING. I smile so much more frequently now, and others comment on how beautiful and confident I look with my new smile.

For starters I thought I was lost. So one of the beautiful staff members came and picked me up. Then I saw dr segal n when I say he was pleasant, that's just n understatement.. it was an overall beyond pleasant experience. They didn't judge or send me away or treat me different because of my insurance. They offered me options that worked for me financially despite other offices. Can't wait to start my procedure on December 12th. very very excited

I can't rave enough about the incredible and life changing experience I have had since becoming a patient of Dr. Segal's at "The Art of Smile". I began my journey with Dr. Segal in November of 2015, with a variety of dental problems including cavaties, root canals, implants, and finally crowns. Prior to, I had an overwhelming fear when it came to any type of dental work, and therefore neglected it for years. Not only did Dr. Segal alleviate my anxiety, he completely transformed my smile, working deligently and providing me with pain free, yet extensive dental work. Dr. Segal and his team were so patient, kind, and accomodating. Overall, my self estreem drastically increased as a result of Dr. Segal's maginificent work. I truly can't thank him and his team enough!

I do consider it an "art" and the highest level of professionalism to perform an open gum surgery with zero pain and zero following inflammation, or being able to show, use and smile with a new tooth (or teeth) the next day after the implant. Very impressive.
