The people that work here are great. Very knowledgeable and they make sure they spend the time to explain things to you. In my case, the technician who worked on my car actually showed me the condition of the part he replaced and offered guidance on how people likely neglected this in the past.

I have been going to Jiffy Lube for years. It's hard to beat their service. I'm in and out quickly, they do a great job and they are reasonably priced. This facility was clean and the staff were friendly. There's a waiting room with a tv and magazines but I didnt have to wait that long at all. I had a question about something with my wife's car and they had the answer for me right away. This facility is a bit far from my house but until they build one closer I'll be making the drive. Thanks!

This place is awesome, the staff was super friendly, polite, and helpful! My radio has been locked for a year and one of workers offered to try and fix it and he did! Free of charge! Honestly I was super impressed by the service here and I highly recommend it:)

Went in for an oil change, they recommended I get my front brakes done. While I wasn't having any problems with them, I had them done. As I was leaving, the guy who worked on my brakes warned me that my rear brakes must be done within a month. That sounded suspicious as I had the rear brakes serviced recently. I took the car to a competitor and had it looked at, sure enough, no need for the rear brakes to be done. I won't be going back!

HORRIBLE, do not every go there!! Unprofessional employees and manager. I left after an oil change and my hood was not closed properly, I was told they had trouble closing it but no one every told me it was not closed. I went on the highway and my hood flew open, damaged my car and put me in danger. I had put a claim in through my insurance company, they contacted Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube apparently did their investigation saying I was at fault and was told by their employees not to drive. If I was instructed to not drive my car and it was unsafe I wouldn't have left. The worst!! They should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat customers.
Whatever you do DO NOT go to this Jiffy Lube or any for that matter.

Uh, I don't know, I replaced my battery a year ago and the guy told me my battery times up lol. Also got told my transmission problem and blah blah blah. I am only asking for oil change! Service was not very nice, kind of rude, will find a different place next time!

They are friendly fast and quick. They fill any minor need you may have as far as car ownership goes. There are always coupons available online, look before you go! They even lubed my differential for half price. Don't be afraid to turn down any services the may suggest. They are major upsellers.

Unethical business practices, they drain the cars oil before presenting you with a price or estimate and your forced to pay or they'll call the police

Service was fast. The guy who takes the keys from you should definitely learn how to greet people with a smile, and to speak up when someone asks him a question. A "how can we help you today?" would have been great. Same thing goes for the guy inside. A half smile and slower speech would have helped me have confidence in this place more. All in all, the job was done quickly. So 3 stars is all you're getting.

So far so good! Brought my 2013 Audi A4 to the Rockaway location for a simple oil change. They have Mobile 1 5w-30; first time getting the oil changed on this vehicle and the mechanic explained in detail to me about how with the newer German cars, they don't drain the oil but use a Pneumatic machine to suck out the oil. Quick service, car runs well. Thank you!
