Had a great experience. Called in to ask for an estimate & they were very helpful. Brought the car in & they were efficient & gave a good price. Quick & easy junking process! Satisfied with the service! Thanks :) I do recommend them :)

Never had a bad experience here. I've taken 4 cars over my lifetime here to junk and they have the best prices around for metal. In my opinion anyway. The staff is helpful. The place is huge and very clean.

Great business. Spent about 2 months trying to sell my Car on Carbrain.com, and they finally ended up sending a rude and incompetent tow driver. So I fired him and called Roxbury Auto Wreckers, and they offered the same price and towed the car less than 24 hours later. The guy they sent, John I think, was fantastic and an extremely nice guy. They also have decent parts in the scrapyard

A junkyard with helpful, nice people. I know I know, sounds impossible right? I'm being serious. Pulled a difficult-to-remove part for me within 24h. Best price I could find in the state. And above all they were actually kind to me throughout the process.

Worker told me to junk a vehicle and leave it in a certain area. It was a jetski,4 stroke engine with plenty of metal on inside. But before I pulled on to scale I went into office to ask about what I had and the employee told me to pull it right up. Then four separate employees watched me pull across scale from windows. I then waited on side 10 min before I was instructed by a fork lift operator where to dump it. Instead of yelling at employees below you, retrain your employees and take some responsibility for your poor management skills before running onto google and making up lies to not turn customers away. The manger (an over sized kid) came out yelling in my face and made a complete ass out of himself. Makes me take it back and manually load it back onto trailer after watching me push it off. All could have been avoided if when I walked into office before pulling on to the scale to ask if it was possible.( Also older jetskis on display in entrance of junkyard mind you). If I could sum up this business in one word it would be "unprofessional". Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere like Dover.

Exceptional service, going above and beyond in customer service and care, I can't speak highly enough of these guys! I worked with Joe, Derrick, and Tim and was blown away at how helpful and accommodating they were. I recommend them for any auto help you need - whether it's a simple, complicated, or unusual request, they've got you covered.

I contacted Spike with an unorthodox request about one of his buses. He promptly replied to my request and was incredibly accommodating. All of the staff was friendly and helped me out. Fantastic customer service all around. If I ever need salvage parts in the future, I'll go to Roxbury.

Ripoff went there with two ford cats . They offered me 5 more dollars then an aftermarket cat. Wich was 10 dollars each. Went down the road and got 50 each. We are supposed to help our fellow people not take from them.
