I have been seeing Dr. Otake for over a year related to my diagnosis of breast cancer, which I have had multiple surgeries. Needless to say it has been a challenging year but through it all Dr. Otake remained positive and supportive. His bedside manner is not only professional & respectful but compassionate and caring. His entire office, from receptionists to nursing to office manager (Leslie) have made this process easier and as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend the practice & especially Dr. Otake for anyone in need of plastic surgery!

I also have been fortunate to work with Cassandra ARNP and received botox injections as well as fillers. The knowledge she exhibits in her area of expertise is overwhelming. Her recommendations & ability to make the patient feel so comfortable has made this experience actually fun. She is not only a great nurse, but an awesome person. She goes above & beyond!!!! I would highly recommend Cassandra!!!

Website advertises Transgender lower surgery, so i made an appointment in mid July asking for a consultation. Saw Leo Otake, whom at first acted like a surgeon that performed lower surgery until l asked how many surgeries he had performed. As it turns out, he is not a surgeon and seemed only interested in selling other procedures, as well as not being fully aware of what the outcome of the surgery should be (Was told that scrotal skin grafts would not re-gain sensitivity and later on was corrected in the matter)

I'm sure they had no problem billing my insurance for the visit, though. I would have considered going there for breast augmentation, but the deceptive business practices have left a sour taste in my mouth.

Update 7/13/22:
Since I have been the subject of discrimination, I have decided to expand my story. On my original encounter (listed above) I had to undergo a physical examination of my genitals, only to find out as I say above, Leo Otake WAS NOT a SRS or Lower Surgeon. Despite all of that, I decided to give them another shot. In January of this year, Leo Otake once again saw me and said (Perhaps wanted to make things right) that he would do my breast augmentation surgery. Lo and behold, I never spoke to him again, and after months of trying to work out the details of my surgery, I was told I was not welcome at the practice. A Leslie Bauer was my contact person and treated me with the most horrible conduct imaginable. Other office staff repeatedly lied to me. A phone Call, Legally recorded, shows just how deceptive the office staff is. I was told when I asked for her that she was "out to lunch" until i asked for another, related person. Low and behold, Leslie, not at lunch, gets on the phone. During this phone call, she reveals business practices any doctors office would be ashamed to admit to (Like not keeping proper records)

I come from NYC just to go here and see Cassandra for injections. She is the best! She knows exactly what I want and the results are beautiful and subtle. I’ve gotten botox and lip filler so far. Cassandra and the entire staff are fun and friendly and I love paying them a visit every few months.

Where do i even begin??? the first word that comes to mind is FANTASTIC!!! Dr. Passaretti is just amazing i cannot say enough good things about him!! i am a 39 year old mother of 2 who came in for a tummy tuck and i was EXTREMELY nervous/scared but after speaking to Dr. Passaretti he eased all my worries and answered all my questions.
He made the whole process so easy it was incredible.

My only regret is that i didn't call him sooner !!! i wish i had done this years ago, i feel and look the best i ever have and i am so pleased with my results.

His staff is amazing the nurses are so kind the answer your calls and/or emails anytime of the day or night. Coming in day of surgery was so easy Dr. Passaretti was so calm that it eased my mind going in, the whole procedure was so seamless.

In conclusion if you are considering a tummy tuck DO IT don't hesitate and CALL PASSARETTI he is fabulous.

It is difficult to be succinct about my experience with Dr Passaretti and the entire staff of the Aesthetic Center. From my first appointment to my follow up after surgery, I always felt well taken care of and informed. Everyone I met along the way was kind, professional, and they made me feel safe & secure in my choice.

The procedure I chose absolutely changed my life. I have wanted to do it for more than 15 years. I will be 7 weeks post-op tomorrow, and I cannot believe the results. From the ease of the healing process, to the overall shape created by Dr Passaretti, to the boost in how I feel about myself….I would do it again and pay double. He basically waved a magic wand as far as I am concerned.

If you are considering plastic surgery, do it…and certainly choose Dr Passaretti!
