  Absolutely perfect! We had UCC remodel 2 bathrooms, install new flooring in the bedrooms and stairs, paint the master bedroom and install recessed lighting. The whole process was seamless and amazing. Daniel walked us through the process from initial plans to helping pick the tile, hardware, bathtubs, cabinets, countertops and flooring. Then his amazing, professional team got to work and made us a master bath of our dreams in addition to modern flooring and an updated hall bath. Carmen was instrumental in assisting with the scheduling and the details while always being cheerful and nice. The whole process was smooth and efficient. We highly reccomend UCC!

  Daniel and his entire team were very good to work with. He helped us chose tile and fixtures and communication was excellent throughout the project. Quality and timelines of the work was excellent.

  These are the BEST contractors we have ever worked with.
  
  TL;DR - These are the BEST contractors we have ever worked with. Small Bathroom complete remodel. A++; we love our new bathroom. We would definitely hire them again and recommend them without any reservation.
  
  We reached out to and met with a handful of contractors. We decided to go with United Capital Construction. Their clear communication and expectation management were key factors. Karmen, who was our main point of contact, was extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with. Every contractor needs a Karmen. They would be better for it!
  
  Our point-person in terms of the actual work was Alex. Every morning before starting the day, he would start with “Do you have any questions?” He took the time to answer all our questions. If he ran into any issues, he made sure to consult with us about any changes.
  
  Their whole work crew was also excellent. They took time to ask questions and fully understand our design. We chose a non-standard tile pattern for our shower and floor and they aced it. They were polite, on-time and cleaned up after themselves.
  
  In terms, of pricing, we received all kinds of wild quotes from really low to really high; United Capital Construction fell right about in the middle.
  
  The team from United Capital Construction will be our go-to from now on.

  A family run business that takes their job, your job, seriously! My bathroom remodel was completed on schedule and beyond my expectation. I feel like I am using a million dollar home bathroom….and it’s mine! The team will help you select materials and have them ready for the project start. I appreciate there was no destruction of my bathroom room until they were ready to work to completion.

  Daniel was easy to talk to, very professional and knowledgeable, and he proposed a fair price. Karmen was always very responsive and easy to work with. The whole Team is working hard, they are very competent and discreet, always respectful, and all were wearing masks in the middle of this pandemic. The result of our Master bath remodel is exactly as we envisioned it, sleek and modern, we are really glad we choose them, and we will contact them again if we have any other needs.
  They started when they said they would, they finished a little later than expected but that's because of the Holidays right in the middle (project was done between Dec 2020 and Jan 2021).
  A few months after the end of the work, we contacted Karmen & Daniel on a Saturday evening to report a problem, the Team was here on Tuesday morning and resolved the problem within the few hours.
