  My wife and I have been looking for good quality furniture for a while now. Gilbert, at Texas Leather Interiors, definitely made it an easy choice! The moment we walked in he was very informative and inviting, not the pushy salesman at all! Gilbert was very invested in what we wanted and took his time to help us pick the perfect match for our home.

  Where do I start. Awesome awesome customer service from Lance from my phone inquiring about furniture until delivery date. It took less than 4 months which he estimated 4-6 months. He was very attentive and made sure we were satisfied. He took his time and didn’t rush us. Me and my husband was very very happy with him and he’s what made me buy. I mean plus the awesome furniture and etc. Delivery day was today 5/23/22 and they were awesome and took good care of my furniture. I mean you pay a whole lot for this type of furniture and they handled it just that way. I would definitely recommend texas leather interior and will be doing business again in the future. Once again thank you so much lance.

  I was referred to Texas Leather Interiors and I can say without a doubt, that was the best advice. My wife and I walked in and were immediately greeted with respect and courtesy. We had all of our questions answered promptly and shown all options that fit our ideas and wants. Our salesman, Lance, had a very good eye for detail and what worked for us with our living room space. Once we pick out a couch and color, Lance was very helpful with choosing an ottoman to match our couch. While Lance was finalizing our paper work and getting everything together to complete the sale, Gilbert another salesman chatted with my wife and I and made us feel welcome and appreciated. After the sale was complete, we all were talking and lost track of time due to the friendliness and welcoming environment these two outstanding guys created. Once our couch and ottoman were delivered, my wife and I can truly say you would not be disappointed with Texas Leather. They truly care about you as a customer and about theirs products. With today's world environment it was refreshing to know that there are still people out there that truly care.

  What a great place to find unique accent pieces! When I first went in it was such a welcoming place and everyone was so friendly. Special shoutout to Gilbert Pinon who was incredibly helpful and made my experience so pleasant. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for one of a kind pieces with exceptional customer service!

  Wanted to take a moment and let you know "why" my wife and I just recently purchased 2 custom made recliners from Chris. We could have bought custom leather traditional recliners at several locations around Austin, but we chose to do business with Chris at Texas Leather Furniture. I find that most reviews say such and such personal or business is the best, etc, but to me that doesn't really make a connection because what is the best??? For us, the "why" is because Chris made a connection with us upon 10 seconds of entering the showroom. He wasn't pushy, pressuring, or sales man like. He was just authentic with us and listened to what we were looking for and then showed us some suggestions based on what we told him were our preferences. Chris was extremely patient, courteous and very kind. It was conversational in nature and not my typical experience of making a high dollar purchase in other industries. We are grateful to Chris for taking the time to help make a wish come true for us and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of our decision. Chris didn't sell us anything, we chose to buy from him!!! Thank you my friend.
