  Does not have a return policy.. and they do not tell you that upon purchase in store.. Highly dissatisfied with my purchase and customer service. There should be an option for 0 stars.. I will never shop here again.

  I was shopping and kicked out of the store because the one person in the store decided she needed a bathroom break and didn’t allow me to buy my items because she had to use the bathroom that bad. Then proceeded to try to fight with me when I disagreed that she was unprofessional. The lady in the store could’ve seriously been hurt if I wasn’t having such a good day you need to work on that.

  After hearing good things about this establishment and the products they offer, I decided to go ahead and purchase some clip in extensions. I wish I would have found this place a while back I would have saved myself HUNDREDS of Dollars. I will never buy my extensions from Sallys again! The extensions look real, feel real and last forever.

  She is the sweetest person I've ever met I am out of state and the shipping was so fast and she was so nice!! She created the wig that I really wanted, I picked the color she was very patient and she's very very very nice!! I absolutely recommend her!!!!EXCELLENT customer service! You will be a 100% satisfied!! THE wigs are fabulous the extensions are nice!! SHE has beautiful wigs and extensions!! GREAT QUALITY!! She has pretty much everything LOL she's a sweetie!!

  The most friendly wig shop I ever been to! I brought a human hair wig about a year ago and it still looks flawless!! I stopped in today because My hair was damaged so I brought another wig but not only did Tess sell me a wig she showed me how to bring my hair back to life & how to maintain my wigs!! I like coming here because it's a private appointment so I get all the attention n treatment I need!

  I am from Whitehall PA. I recently bought a wig from Tess Wig Ship. This has to be the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life! What an outstanding selection and quality! I adore my new look! And the best part about it was it was shipped the same day as purchased. I wore it out in public the same day and was compliment by 3 people that they loved my hair. Wow! Thank you Tess!!!!❤️❤️❤️

  Owners nice, hairs soft, but sheds.. Super thin when I put the wig on my head you can see the tracks. First time putting the cap on the comb came right off. Maybe it was just the wig.. I'll have to give it another try. I want to believe that I really like this company cause the reviews so I'll give it another try.

  I called and the owner stayed open late for me that alone says allot I bought a beautiful natural looking wig im extremely happy. This shop was very well put together and lovely. I loved the personal attention and felt comfortable. This is new for me I always had to travel to the inner city to find my wigs. Being a business women I have always felt uncomfortable about that. If you want a $20 wig this place isn't for you. If you want quality with great customer service your going to love this Wig Shop.
