We go here all the time, because the bars in Hartford are AWFUL. We just like to play pool.in a friendly environment. Kettle Moraine Bowl is a great place- just hope it doesn't go underthe new owners aren't doing anything to get new business & many days it sits with one customer coming in.

The lanes are a little more slick than I like, but the staff is pretty nice, the pizza is fast to get, and they air the games that people actually care about on the T.V.'s. It could use a remodel in the next couple years as it hasn't been updated since I was much younger than I am now. I would still recommend for anyone looking to do something on a slow night!

Came in on a Saturday morning for the scheduled open bowling I was with my two young boys, two and four years old. They were shockingly rude to me and my family Open bowl was scheduled to last for another hour, and in so many words told me they didn't want my family to bowl there. I think they saw my young boys and figured we would take longer than an hour to bowl one game They were so completely rude and both of my boys were then in tears. I was honestly shocked at how mean the woman behind the counter was.

There are many other bowling alleys in the area, so there is absolutely no need that you should have to tolerate such poor service. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
