  When I called I had non-functional outlets and, according to my inspection report, an over fused electrical panel. I tried to ask how much it would be over the phone and was told it was impossible to give an estimate, but was told the technician would look at the panel and then give me a quote before any work began. I'd just have to pay the $50 service fee for them to come out before I could know how much I needed to pay.
  
  When he came and I was showing him the problems, I found the gfci switch I had somehow overlooked multiple times to fix the outlets and pressed it myself, and after he looked at the electrical panel he said my inspection report was wrong and nothing needed to be done.
  
  Instead of the $50 service fee I was expecting, it cost $173 for him to do no work and make no changes as he charged me for "general troubleshooting". Neither issue was the electricians fault, but charging so much after doing nothing and being told it would be only be a $50 consultation makes me feel like the company ripped me off.
  
  The technician was nice, and I'm sure the company is competent, but I'll be looking elsewhere next time.

  Excellent. First, they communicate and gave estimates. Second, the work was the best I've seen. Jason, who did the work, was so polite, worked neatly and efficiently. I would use Tesla Electric again for sure.

  We are so grateful to have found Tesla! Chris and Kevin have been a dream to work with, upfront, honest, punctual and quality work performance. We love our home, but every aspect of our electrical system requires work and attention and thanks to Tesla that work was completed to the highest standards. I really cannot say enough good about our experience!

  Tech was on time, courteous and did the work as asked. Mafferty gave us feedback on our questions, and we are glad he was here. I think your company is great, and am glad to find you in the neighborhood. Thanks for the prompt follow up, appointment reminders, and especially the timely notice that he was on the way.

  From start to finish Tesla Electric was amazing. They were always quick with responses and getting estimates. Chris was always on time and understood our needs and had no problem talking me through the many questions I had. Chris was great to work with I couldn't be happier with the final product. We will need a few more major electrical projects done in the future and there is no doubt I'll be reaching back out to Tesla Electric.
