  Today was one of those days I’ll remember for the rest of my life. I had not been to the dentist in a VERY long time and did not know what to expect. Immediately, all of my anxiety literally melted away when I was greeted by both of the front desk employees and then warmly welcomed into the office by Chelsea who walked me through the whole appointment - She is AWESOME. My hygienist Katie did an INCREDIBLE job, all while easily putting me at ease and even giving me realistic and attainable goals for my dental care. Finally, Dr. Dawson made me feel so confident with the work she did on my teeth. To me, my whole smile is changed; even my life is forever changed simply from this one appointment; my teeth have never felt or looked more amazing.
  
  So grateful for the opportunity to visit Dawson Modern Dentistry…to anyone reading this, I HIGHLY recommend you definitely make your own appointment with the team there.

  Great new dentist in matthews mint hill area. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice. Great place to go if you are looking to get any dental work done, the cleaning wasn’t bad at all. I got the new patient cleaning for only $99 which is perfect for the first visit when you are just trying to get a feel for the doctor for the first time. Everyone was very attentive and professional. The whole staff works great with people with anxiety. Thank you for your excellent work and for taking care of me today.

  I am not one to post reviews (and visiting the dentist is NOT one of my favorite things to do!). However, the entire staff is AWESOME - so welcoming and friendly. This was my 1st visit since COVID! Scheduling was easy. The staff made me feel like an old friend when I entered the office. The atmosphere is inviting and clean - without that "sterile" feel. The exam was very thorough. Dr. Dawson took her time showing me the images while explaining what she saw, discussed a treatment plan and answered all my questions. I appreciate her kindness and her knowledge! Highly recommend!

  I have been in the medical field for 20 + years. When our insurance changed, I had to find a new dentist. After reading the reviews of this office, I decided to call for an appointment. All of these reviews are no joke. I did not believe an office could be that good. I was impressed by the staff, technology and the time that was spent with me. Love Dr. Dawson!   What an amazing office!! I am terrified of going to the dentist and Dawson Modern Dentistry put those fears to rest! The staff is so kind, welcoming, friendly, sweet, comforting and always smiling!!
  
  I love that they walk me through each step so I know what to expect instead of sitting in the chair for hours with no end in sight. They are very gentle and thorough!!! I never feel a thing. Being able to lay back, put on headphones and watch Netflix is the highlight of my day. I can say after my visit with them I look forward to going back! Thank you!!
